Road Runner Mexican Fast Food — Restaurant in Derby

EDIT: Do not go here, last two times ive been here ive gotten food poisoning, its changed owners or something and i wont be going back.

Old review from 7 mo ago: I've been here a few times, had the Mexican fries, super nachos, maize burrito, and coyote burrito. The maize burrito had a perfect blend of all the best flavors, I could taste each individual thing. I'd really recommend getting a cup of ranch and a cup of red hot sauce, mixing the two together, then adding it to the burrito. The Mexican fries and Super nachos were both very simple but very good, meat tasted fresh on both, steak bits were fairly tender on the nachos and the fries had a good bit of a kick to them. I'd recommend pairing a Mexican coke with those two. The coyote burrito is for the people who think black pepper is spicy, I tried it just because I was in a hurry and wanted something new, so I went for it and was pretty disappointed. Tonight my son and I stopped at the one in Derby to grab food on our way home and it was an awful experience. We didn't get our full order and I tried getting the person's attention at the drive up window but nothing. I got out of my vehicle and went inside to let the lady know I didn't get my drinks and her reply was "oh you can get them right there" and she pointed to the cooler beside me... Next I start to eat my food and it is completely wrong. How do you misunderstand Cheese enchiladas to be chicken enchiladas...? Then my son starts eating his food and the fries in his Hot Cheeto Fries are super soggy and looked like they just dumped a bunch of meat on top of the fries with very little cheese. I hope they were having an off night but I will not be going back here for awhile if at all. Very bad service...

I ordered a fish taco and I had one bite, didn’t taste any fish, just burnt taste. Then I pull my whole taco apart and find this little bitty piece of I don’t even know what. It’s thinner than a piece of jerky but burnt and crunchy. Other than that, I got a bunch of lettuce and pico and that’s it. I also ordered the hot Cheetos burrito which is alright, maybe like 3/10. Definitely will not go back. I paid almost 4 dollars for that taco and didn’t even get any fish in it. Was hoping for a lot more and was very excited but I’m brutally disappointed.
