Update: now that my children won’t be going here anymore I have more updates. I’d say that this place is NOT good for kids that aren’t potty trained. My son is potty trained and he does perfectly fine but there’s something’s that make me feel like this place will hire anyone regardless of experience or qualifications. They claim to be friendly towards kids that aren’t potty trained but they don’t do reminders every 30min-1hr they only sit them BEFORE meals instead of after. A child newly training isn’t going to know how to hold their bladder that long. They don’t change diapers often , my daughter developed a rash due to that and I had to start writing the time on her diaper when I dropped her off if she wasn’t in underwear because on her first day here they didn’t change her diaper the entire day her clothes were soaked and she reeked of urine. Every time I come to pick them up I don’t see any teachers interacting with them, & today on 11/11 my daughter used the restroom she walked out naked with another parent in the lobby. At a regular daycare center when a toddler/child under 4 is using the restroom a teacher is supposed to be present & most places have a Half door the child can close for privacy without being fully enclosed in the bathroom. When incidents happen that require your child to have a hand aid they DONT call or write incident reports so that is annoying, I don’t find out about injuries until I arrive. Overall what my point is , this place is literally only good for backup care, this is not a place you want your child to go to every single day if they’re under...

Things I love: They answer the phone if you call! So many places the phone just kept ringing and ringing, which - I want to be able to reach someone if something is going on! My daughter (3 in July), loves going, asks to go. I can set this up around my budget. I can determine how much I want to pay since I mostly need part-time care Friendly staff, not only friendly but they offer guidance and coaching to the children via gentle instruction (but they aren’t letting kids just be wild) which I also appreciate Pre-school learning environment in the AM
Things I don’t love: if I move too far I won’t be able to get to them! lol that’s about it
It’s been a great experience my daughter has made friends, I can get additional work done, we have date nights, the works. Definitely worth...
Read morehave been bringing my daughter to Kids Park since they first opened and I am consistently impressed with the quality of care provided. The teachers are warm, attentive, and responsive to each child’s individual needs. I have recommended Kids Park to my family as well, and my daughter has developed lasting friendships through her experiences here. When she initially started attending, she wasn’t yet potty trained, and the staff was diligent in providing necessary care. I usually pack my daughter lunch and snacks but it’s good to know lunch is provided if requested. Kids Park offers a safe and engaging environment, and the owners do an excellent job maintaining high standards....
