Bad customer Service and delivery also. We bought two sofas from them and we paid to set them inside our new apartment and when the guys came I told them to remove their shoes because we just cleaned the carpet the answer was they won’t and they told me to stop being rude I don’t now in those days if we ask to remove the shoes we become rude also after they open the boxes the left them in the middle of the street I called the store no baby speaks English I had to drive to the store to talk with them or with manager I didn’t find any one they called Tacoma store to translate after that the guy told me he will take care of the situation and he told me they will take care of me also. I saw bedroom set and I asked on the price and I told the guy I need it he told me I will give you a call to let me know when it would be shipped after 8 days I didn’t her anything from them I went to the store where I can find the guy who I spoke with him then he gave me dabble the price I got before and he said they may looked to different set by mistake. Read moreCaution!!!! I recently made a $2400 purchase for sofas and a coffee table. They were great while in the store. But then after they recieve my money things went downhill. They told me 2 to 3 days for delivery a week later the sofas showed up not to bad I get it delivery is a bit slow nowdays,however when they brought the sofas in I found some tears in the leather. Ok not a big deal they aren't to noticable. The coffee table finally came after 5 to 6 weeks. When this arrived I found the legs were different sizes and did not fit, the color was different then the one I had purchased as well. We are waiting for " the manufacturer " to reply. Why do we need some reply. Get the right table out to me and get this one back doesn't seem like it should be to difficult right? Not with these guys. Read moreDon't trust these people, either negligent or shady people. Bought a mattress, tried to return it days later. After their first email, I took their requested pictures and sent them in same day.
After a month with no reply I had to call them to get to a response. Was told that it was already approved but no one notified me.
Drove to return the mattress, the associates at the store flipped the mattress around on the concrete and then saw some scuff marks on the corner where they were dragging it.
