Every time I've gone here something has gone wrong. From uncooked rice in my burrito all the way to people legitimately forgetting my order when I go in. I've sat for 15 minutes inside there in full view of the cashier and those in the rear preparing the food. I finally asked what the heck was going on and found out the fools just never made the food or put it in the bag or anything. There were people coming in after I ordered my 1 burrito with steak who were ordering party packs and asking for specific modifications to their menu items getting their food in under 5 minutes while I sat on a hard chair just waiting. The hardest thing any Taco Bell employee has to do is read a menu, grill the tortillas and cook the rice but they don't even do that right so I stopped going inside cause I was getting better service at the drive-thru until recently. Yesterday I stopped by and had to repeat a simple question about 5 times. That question was "do you still offer the Steakhouse burritos" which were good and not sloppy like everything else on the menu. No globs of sour cream or quac all concentrated in one area and the like. They had it months ago but they still offer some items that are supposed to be limited time only so it's worth aaking. Apparently this individual did NOT know the word "house". They kept saying "what?" Or "can you say it again" and even guessed I said "Steaksour" at one point so I gave up and just ordered a Grilled Stuft Burrito with steak. I got NO response from them and kept saying "hello?" Like a bad phone call that eventually gets dropped. Finally they gave me my total and I pulled up to the window and paid. When she handed me my change it was all just in a pile and I almost dropped all the coins cause of the slippery receipt. EVERY other place I go gives you the receipt and bills first and THEN the coins to ensure you don't drop any cause it's a DRIVE-THRU with a very finite space and NO COUNTER just a window. You can kind of fit a Mitsubishi in but that's about it so if you drop your coins then you may as well just drive away without them cause there's no opening a door here. As always, the sloppy Grilled Stuft Burrito was just tossed together with no care to spread fillings around evenly or grill it til it stays shut despite the poor folding job. A spoonful of really cold guac at the one end and a super runny bunch of sour cream at the other. I've decided I'm not eating here ever again. Read moreI ordered 3 Tacos, asked the customer service from driver through for only beans with soft bread and not to add anything else. after a long wait, I got a small container of beans with napkins. I made the same order but I only got 1 Taco which I ordered 3 right in front of Window for the second time . for the third attempt the customer service asks me if I want beef. how ever I waited a little bit more for the customer service while working on the computer, it looked like no enough attention. I had to driver around, go park and ask Them inside. now I am facing different customer service still very young , when I ask him that I was just at drive Through and I only got 1 Taco instead of getting 3 Taco bean with soft bread please make sure You put only beans but nothing more. he starts telling how com only beans , I replied Yes please only beans nothing else. Again he tells me to geave me beef . I explained to him the different between beef and beans then He tells Me that I am right beans is bean and beef is beef. I apologize to Who ever reading me comments because it is really to much and it was too much for me while I was writing this unfortunate comment. I finally got my beans, congratulations😀. but there is a lady who is little taller and bigger than everyone else in the food area getting food ready with the rest of ladys and has a headphone on for customer service purpose, I do not appreciate her smile. her smile is more then curse to Me. I remember, I came there one year ago to eat and I also asked for any open positions, a lady who was the manager told me that I can not be hired be of My moustache . my moustache is clean and if You think it may falls inside food ,I say no, and it is not more than the hair on My head or every one else working in there. This is really discrimination against Me and You are not allowing me to join the community because of My clean moustache . Read moreNot that Great due to the last time, was there. During Friday to Sunday. Think free for Locals, Hispanic and Latino Mixes. They are treated with respect. Not like the locals that live around there. Especially when asking for the restroom code, not understand one word, was given by customer to pronounce the numbers to me. Wow! Oh well, another thing. Monday to Thursday was the bldg was awesome, but after 2pm think it is also Latino and Hispanic Day, this place see customer go right to the counter, and get their own cups. Chips, Tacos. Wow! Must be a manager in civilan clothes. Another issue, when receiving my order they don't put Sanitized napkins for the food to be placed on. They don't Sanitized the tray, they wipe with a wet eag, in which they js used to the counter. Plus, when there a sells representation, most of the employees give attention when there is a long line of customer want lunch and go. Sales first ladies, not a mingle place. Customer service support hope you look at the footages on your Taco Bell location. Very safe, but the employees not running smoothly with regular customers. Must be Local Hispanic, Latino, Texicanin or Mexican to get your orders 🤔 right! Then seeing a customer come back, and complaining that the order on his recipient not right.
