UPDATE: I never received a response from corporate to my submission of their online complaint form. I'll never patronize this business again and do not recommend it. Spend your money elsewhere. This place is disgusting and is owned/managed by a tyrant!
This place deserves zero stars! I had previously rated them 5 stars, but after my last order, I'll never go back. I ordered online for pickup at their kiosk. Usually, this is quick and efficient, in and out. I got home, opened the box to find a disgusting blob of goo. It was undercooked, missing cheese on several pieces and was inedible. I went right back and showed it to them expecting them to offer to remake it. The clerk tried to claim I should've ordered it well done. I opened the confirmation email to show her that I did. She didn't look at it. I then asked for a refund so I could go elsewhere for dinner and was told they can't do that. The manager wasn't their so I had her call him. He also refused to refund my money and told me to go to the internet and find the number to call. Apparently, none of the employees had the number. I found one, called it while still standing at the counter. It was tech support for franchisee owners. The man told me that they absolutely can and should refund my money. He asked me for the store number. The clerk who'd worked their for over a year didn't know it. None of the employees know the store number where they work. I ended up leaving with the same disgusting pizza. I attempted to eat a piece and it tasted very strange. The crust was soapy tasting and the sauce was watery. The ham looked uncooked and the cheese wasn't even melted. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced! I think this is under new management from the previous time I was there. I'm still waiting for corporate to respond to my complaint, which I completed via their form online a week ago. I had a problem here one other time, on my first visit here. They gave me a cheese pizza instead of what I ordered. I went right back expecting to get my pizza, which eventually I did. They were incredibly rude and initially they were not going to exchange them until I reiterated that this was their mistake, not mine. The comment from the then manager was that she'd do it this time only. I didn't go back for a long time, til new management took over. Between that visit and my most recent visit, I've always received excellent pizza, just as I had ordered. DO NOT EAT FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION! The health inspector really needs to pop in and take a look around. Something is seriously wrong here.    Read morei came here about a month ago and had a horrible experience. jesus, the cashier had no clue what he was doing. i asked him for one cheese pizza and 3 crazy breads. he only charged me for one pizza and one crazy bread which i already had to wait 15 minutes for even though he had told me 7 minutes. i asked him for 2 more crazy breads and he said it would be 10 more minutes. it took 20. i got there at 5:00 and didn’t leave until 5:40.
tonight i decided to go back and give them the benefit of the doubt because when i had went previously, they were somewhat busy. i got there and no other customers were there except me. jesus is at the register and tells me to wait while he puts all of the change in the register. i order my food with jesus and he tells me about 7 minutes. i ended up being there for 15. a woman walked in to pick up an order and he told her they hadn’t even started her order even though she said that it was ready to pick up. jesus and another woman get on their phones calling the manager (i assume) to figure the situation out.
aside from jesus or the other employees not knowing what their doing, none of them are wearing masks or gloves and there was a child in the back running around....

Every time i go in,theyre always very polite,professional and one of my favorite reason why i keep going to this location is because they always showed me i was a valuable customer. But i also wanted to comment that i went in today 02/10/20 @8:14pm. i was served by vironica A and i was not happy with my experience with her. She had 4 of her friends there and she was more interested in talking to them than trying to help me. Her friends took up all the space to sit to wait for the pizza to be ready. Had to wait in the car instead,My pizza was ready in 8 mins but of course i didnt know that because she was talking to her friends,waiting for her to wave it is ready early.
