After buying sofas,tvs,PlayStation 4,surround sound i came back to the this rent a center for a 65inch samsung uhd tv after they called me a Nemours tims asking me to come back because i was a loyal customer an spent so much money with them upon sighing for the tv i see the employee who was helpibg me her name was Tamera she add benifits plus to my contract with out my singnature after i told her multiple times i did not want it they are saying the tv is 2400 with in the 90 days i called around to other places an the tv was 1800 at arrons an they give you 120 day i let rent a center know there competitors had a better price could they match it for me since i was a good customer the manager told me no an also said i guess youll have to go to arrons then this rent a center has no customer service skills an do not try an work with customers i do not!!! Recomend...

DONT GO HERE ! just run to aaron’s instead! they have horrible customer service. they don’t even try to do a good job. i used them previously and had no issues this time i went in and they had so many issues. they couldn’t verify my job (been there 7 years) even when paystubs were given. they were given references and because they couldn’t full speak to them, they cancelled my contract. they stated a refund was going to be submitted but was submitted to a completely different card that i don’t even where it’s from so now they are making me wait 16+ days for a refund . just go to aaron’s guys they don’t make you jump through alll these hoops ! if i can rate this a 0 i would . a business i wouldn’t care and hopefully...

I went into the rent a center Redondo,wa location tonight. Representative there greeted my husband and I then went on to talk on phone. There was a sectional set that we were interested in. I asked if the 50% was in regards to the price or monthly payment. She said "oh, that just sold. Someone just bought it. I bought it" Then she proceeded to state that it had sat there for awhile.
