I recently had the most incredible experience at ElevenCherry Atelier and I have to sing their praises! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and professional atmosphere. But the real star of the show was Nancy.

Nancy is, in a word, amazing! She's not only incredibly talented, but also wonderfully personable. She took the time to ask thoughtful questions, truly understanding what I wanted and what would work best for me. This wasn't just a generic service; it was a personalized experience.

The quality of her work was outstanding. I left feeling like a million bucks! What truly set Nancy apart, though, was her communication. She kept me informed throughout the entire process, explaining each step and ensuring we were both on the same page. This meant there were no surprises, and the final result was even better than I imagined.

As someone who only goes to a salon once or twice a year and is usually quite anxious about the whole experience, I was completely at ease the entire time with Nancy. I highly recommend her and ElevenCherry Atelier! In fact, I'm so impressed that I'll probably start going more often now.

If you're looking for a salon experience where you'll feel heard, valued, and leave with amazing results, especially if you're someone who is usually anxious at salons, look no further than ElevenCherry Atelier. Overall my experience was a semi-positive one and I would go back. The reason for only 4 stars is that they need to be more communicative if they are running late. I arrived at 11:50 for my 12pm appointment. I checked in and the girl pointed down the hallway for me to wait. At around 12:05 someone asked who I was waiting for. I told them Natalie and they said "ok, I'll let her know". At 12:20pm Lindsey (the owner?) came back and apologized that Natalie was running behind and she was finishing up with her previous client. I expressed my frustration as I was also parked on a meter so I'm now being charged more than anticipated, as well as the overall disregard for MY time. At 12:30 (10 min later) Natalie comes to get me. The rest of my appointment was great. Natalie was great and Lindsey was right there monitoring all of the students.

What I would have expected is for someone to come tell me within 5 min of my appointment time that they are running 30 min behind and ask if I want to wait or reschedule. I sat there not knowing if it was going to be 5 min or 30 min and I only continued to wait because this was the only available time I had with my schedule.

The Atelier by Elevencherry is the best place on earth. I booked on a whim with Natalie a few months back for my daughter and she slayed. My daughter is on the spectrum and loved Natalie. After seeing how good she was with my daughter, I made an appointment for myself. Of course my hair turned out amazing! She truly goes above and beyond for each and every client. She has done a custom ombré on me that is super cool. I also have had extensions done by Natalie and Rachel that are by far the best extensions I’ve ever had done and I’ve had ALOT of extensions from a lot of high end salons. All of the women here are amazing souls that make you feel so special and welcomed. The salon owner Lindsey always checks to make sure everyone is comfortable and is so welcoming.
