Call me old school but I enjoy supporting small businesses in our community and one of the best small businesses around is OK Vac. TJ is a pleasure to work with and seems to really care about his customers. We bought our Riccar vac there back in 2003, and had to take it in for service recently. After getting 16 good years out of it I would have fully understood if TJ said it was time to move on from it, but instead he fixed it and got it up and running again. Literally just a couple of days later it suddenly just died (unrelated to the first problem) and I figured it was really time to let it go and purchase a new one. But again TJ fixed it -- actually while I was there in the shop. I enjoyed watching him diagnose the problem, but even more so just hanging out and talking with him while he worked on it. He didn't even charge me for any labor, just a minimal amount for a part. VERY good experience all the way around. Not sure how much longer our aging vac will hold up, but when that day comes we will buy our new one from OK Vac. Glad to see there are still businesses...

O.K. Vacuum & Janitor Supply Company is way more than okay! My wife and I bought a vacuum from them about a year and a half ago. The vacuum we bought was an excellent purchase and served us well. However, we decided an upright vacuum would better fit our needs. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Rich. He was very welcoming, did not just try to sell us on a vacuum, he genuinely listened to our concerns, and immediately decided to work out a compromise with our previous purchase. He did not have to do this at all and could have just told us tough luck, like some other stores would. Instead he allowed us to trade in our previous purchase for an upright vacuum at a fantastic price! I definitely believe these guys have your best interest in mind and are not out to just make a buck. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO WOULD LISTEN!...

This place has all my vacuum repair business moving forward! My Dyson vacuum started to over heat a few months ago. I was struggling with the thought of spending several hundred dollars on a new one. My mother-in-law mentioned that I should check out OK Vacuum. I saw on their website that they provide free diagnostics and estimates and decided to give them a try. TJ was wonderful! Within a few days of dropping off my vacuum he gave me a call to tell me what was wrong with my vacuum and how much it would cost to repair it (less than $50!) and if I wanted to go ahead with the repair.
