I love eating here. I usually go here sometimes on my lunch breaks. I have gotten the plain fried rice with gravy. Not my favorite but I did try the car back on and it was really good. Now usually when I go I get the sweet and sour soup. I think the soup is really really good. I usually tell them to hold off on a lot of the mushrooms. Unfortunately when I first tried it I asked him if it came with me. The guy told me that he could take the meat out. And so when I tried the soup the first time that it was really delicious given that it didn't have meat in it. But when I came about the third time I asked the lady at the counter if she could make sure she texted me out and she told me that the soup is already pre-made into me cannot be taken out. She told me that it always had chicken in it. I said someone told me that you guys could take the meat out. And she asked me if it was the black guy that told me that. I said no it was the white guy that told me that she gave me a stair for about 5 seconds and confusion. I thought that this was racist because she asked me was it the black guy because he had just started working and he didn't know much. But neither the less I asked her if she could just hold off on the meat when she's putting it into the bowl she said she would do the best she could. If this soup wasn't so darn good I would never come back. Otherwise they are friendly and the food is pretty good. I've tried sweet and sour soup and other Chinese restaurants. I am all for employeeing all different personality types, and I try to be kind and understand that I don't usually know what someone is going through in that moment that is causing them to behave the way they do... however, it might be beneficial for you to, at the very least, encourage your staff to greet guests when they enter and acknowledge their presence when they are standing two feet from them. It's not hard to say "I'll be with you in a moment". She literally kept doing what she was doing behind the counter I was standing in front of and did not even look at me once. Read moreSigh. This place was fantastic once upon a time, but not anymore. Third time they’ve had children take the order and it is wrong when we pick it up. First time, they included seafood in the entree. This time, looks as if they didn’t bother to chop the vegetables and included a half an onion. They’ve also switched egg rolls to bite size pieces (no doubt frozen). When you bring the incorrect orders to their attention, they’re annoyed and claim they’ll make a complimentary dish next time.
I want to assume it’s a scale issue, because they’re much busier now with online orders - but I can’t get over the now unfriendly service and getting all the way home to find they’ve given me something completely different...
