Cato Fashions — Local services in DeSoto

I love shopping and window-shopping at Cato Fashions! The store managers Mrs. Dee Jackson and Diane (Desoto) always provide such excellent and superb customer service! Additionally, the store always has a very warm, calm, inviting, and pleasant ambiance and a very welcoming atmosphere! That is why Cato Fashions is still standing strong and thriving when other companies/businesses have been going out of business since the onset of the pandemic. Hopefully, Cato Fashions will not be going out of business.

With that being stated, even during my in-person employment interview processes at Cato Fashions (Desoto), Manager Mrs. Dee Jackson was so kind, patient, wise, welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, impressed with my strong work ethics, proactiveness, unique qualities/skills, and very excited to quickly hire me as part of the Cato Fashions Management Team! Furthermore, my colleagues at Cato Fashions will certainly get an invite to me and my husband’s wedding. Thank you Mrs. Dee Jackson for your support, help, wise words, and courageously hiring me as part of the management team! I am very confident that I will certainly be a great asset at Cato Fashions when properly trained. One suggestion that I will mention is that Cato Fashions, alongside other employers, should try their hardest to better improve and expedite their slow inefficient hiring processes, especially if Cato Fashions want me and other clients/customers to continue shopping there. It’s been many years since I frequented A CATO’s. I am glad you have weathered the storm and you’re still here one of the very clothing stores that you can still try on clothes and not frequent it online and I’m grateful for that. I came to pick up my layaway today and of course I was going to see if there was some other items that I could get found a pair of tennis shoes that I didn’t necessarily need, but I didn’t want them even though they ran small and I want it just to have one transaction and leave the store. The service manager is very kind and she let me know that I would have to make two transactions in this day and time of technology that makes no sense to me because all you would have to do is push a button stating that the layaway was closed out and then add the other transaction one sale I’m good to go but being that that became so complicated or it wanted me to do something that I wasn’t willing to do. I just left the shoes just be mindful that people want smooth transactions one sale one shop done so this is not necessarily for the manager in the store it’s for higher-ups at Cato. Thank...

My mom and I went to Cato today in Desoto TX, not knowing that the store don't open until 1 pm. There was a lady working in the store came to the door and shouted "all Catos doesn't open until 1 pm" and slammed the door. She could have been a little nicer. If she didn't want to go to work today she should have stayed at home. She was very RUDE! I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop at this store. I will spend my money...
