I always have a terrible experience here. What broke the mold was when the employee asked me if "I" was having a bad day after asking her if she was having one when she tossed my food to me and slammed the window. I spoke with management (kind lady who tried) and she couldn't even get the girl to fix it! These kids have no good home training or people skills. I tried to give them another chance and went inside the next time, we had 6 people, walked in, waited... Waited.. waited.. they were talking amongst each other, looked at me nothing, so finally I said, is there someone to help me and a young man came and said, oh, did you pay yet, i said I had not even ordered. He said, you have to order online or through the kiosk, and pointed to the kiosk behind me. I said "how come no one told me" , he said "oh, I thought you knew" .. I mean it's not that hard to say welcome, order at kiosk or online when you're ready.. so we not be visiting this location for a long time.. we go 5 miles out the way which is sad because they are less then a mile from home. I'm really big on customer service and the way those girls are in drive through is embarrassing and terrible EDIT: Ok so I went today and I don't know what changes but Kayla rocks! I said I'm hungry and wanted food and did not feel like driving out the way. I order at drive thru, WHAT!! She was polite, wasn't cut short, started off with "How are you doing", CLARIFIED my order before proceeding, I get to the window and she was overall very friendly. I told her about my bad experiences at that location, she apologized even though it wasn't her, BUT THE COMPANY (which she represents) and said to please continue coming back! As I will. It's bad that just 1 or 2 people will mess it up for all, but sometimes it can take that 1 PERSON to make a difference, and today... When I say late, its 9:40 P.M., We ordered 6 Bean Burritos w/o Onions, 3 Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Tacos, 2 Chicken Spicy Tostadas, 1 Chips and Nacho Cheese Sauce and I tried to order a plain Tostada with just Beans, Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato and sauce but I was informed while ordering I would have to order the Spicy Tostada because that is what they have. I tried explaining what I wanted and he kept telling me that they don't have that to order. So I said the hell with it and added Cinnabon DelightsŸ 12 Pack. This will conclude our order. The young man proceeded with your total is $ 23.51, as I'm pulling out my card to pay, he states we will have to take our order to go since they've closed the inside portion already, however, the door states that they close inside at 11 PM. I am disturbed that he is telling me we have to go, since the family in front of us just got their food and sat down to eat. As we wait for our food, I am asked to speak with the Manager, no one wanted to come out and speak with me. Its 10:00 P.M. on the dot as the Manager finally comes out and said it was okay for us to stay and eat, 20 minutes in and our food still hasn't come out. After 26 minutes waiting for our food, our Bean Burritos that were ordered without Onions, had onions on them. If they would stop gabbing their jaws talking about their family drama and why said persons little sister was sitting in the lobby, just maybe our food would have been correct. I don't usually give a ONE STAR but this location did it to themselves. Hopefully, District Manager can do a swing by on a normal Saturday and see what's going on at...
   Read moreItâs 11 p.m on Sunday night, and they only are taking door dash or Uber eats orders in the drive through. Even though the Google listing says lobby, drive through, and dine in is open till 1 a.m. Now Iâm in the parking lot with a 20 minute wait time for a transaction that would of taken 2 minutes to handle, and food finished shortly after. If this is an actual policy and not just some employees feeling lazy than it is the most ridiculous thing Iâve ever heard in my life. After placing my order on door dash for pickup with Door Dash I waited 15 minutes till driving through the drive through to see if my order was ready. This time the lady at the drive through didnât tell me off the bat that they were only taking DoorDash orders or Uber eats orders. She just told me to go ahead and order. I ask her if theyâre still only accepting orders through door dash, and then she says âOh, yeah.â Then she proceeds to tell me they donât have any orders on their screen, and if Iâd just placed the order Iâd have to wait a while. I told her I placed the order 15 minutes ago, and the app still says itâs being prepared. She repeats herself. Then she just asks what the order was. After I tell her she says oh thatâs been ready. Even though DoorDash said it was still being prepared. So after all of that I got to enjoy some cold Taco Bell. Oh and the cherry on top of the cake? Id been to the location in Desoto before this because they were out of chicken and beef. What should of been a 10 minute trip for a late dinner turned into an hour long ordeal that stemmed from employees not wanting to do their job, or ridiculous policies.
