Two employees actually acknowledge us after several employees rubbernecked us as the walked passed us at the counter one was a manager working the drive thru very busy and another was a gentleman who was backing her as well many other tasks including helping us after the manager welcomed us the two are the only ones who seemed to take there job seriously and were accommodating as for the other crew of employees they look at you like your some foreign object they never seen before with a look of confusion/annoyance all in one only reason service is getting low score is because the lack of the other employees the two I mentioned I definitely get a 5 star and the ones busy in drive thru but to the other 4 + I donāt know what to say you can even if off the clock or anything your in the building in uniform you can at least greet the customer if even to just let other employees know there are customers itās frustrating waiting especially when walked by and stared at as well not fare for your other team members that are working hard I hate to leave reviews like this especially when there are great workers that have to a low score review because of the ones that donāt care food was good only got the honey butter biscuit but it was...

Everyone hyped it up so much so I just had to try it. I ordered the chorizo burrito, chorizo burger and the honey butter chicken biscuit. The chorizo burrito was actually pretty good and the chorizo was probably the best Iāve had in a long time. Which is surprising coming from a fast food chain. The chorizo burger was good too. I told them to hold the sauce and the cheese so I could taste just chorizo and meat. However I was disappointed that they only put a ādashā of chorizo on my burger. It looked like they were rationing out the chorizo or was in a big hurry. So I had to add some ketchup to my burger. However the meat did taste fresh and delicious like they just cooked it so all it really needed was more chorizo. Lastly, I tried the chicken biscuit. I didnāt like that sandwich at all. The butter was too overwhelming for taste. Overall I think they make really good burgers, burritos and chorizo. However, I definitely will check my burger next time to make sure I have a ādecentā amount of chorizo...

I waited for a couple of minutes before an employee came out to rudely kick us out and tell us she would not take our order because the lobby was closed. However the doors were unlocked and we were able to walk in and already had been waiting - so I asked her if she would take our orders as a courtesy since we were standing there. She rudely reiterated she couldn't, due to safety reasons and because the lobby was closed. I called the manager and she provided illogical excuses regarding why her employee couldn't take our orders. I along with the other customers lost our places in the drive through line. I have been sitting in the line now for over 10 minutes and still have not even placed my order. Despite the fact that this Whataburger is hands down, the SLOWEST one I have been to in Dallas and they regularly get the orders wrong, their customer service is also consistently sub par.
