Ordered my usual drink (large 911 3 extra shots on the side) but at the wrong location. I wasn't made aware until they tried to find my order. I showed my screen, she copied down the order but when I pulled up to the front they handed me a small drink. I asked why the drink was small and she rudely said they weren't making the drink i ordered because it was at the wrong location so I could have a small version with no added toppings. I asked why I still have to pay for the full price of in not getting what I ordered and she rudely said they weren't making the correct drink. I drove 20 minutes out of my way back to the correct location, handed back the wrong drink and waited for my correct drink to be made. Customer service was trash. Girls attitude was rude and ghetto. Drink wasn't a 911 either. Pleasant Run location took care of everything and apologized for the horrible service at the Belt Line location.
It would have been different if I didn't show that I made the order waiting in the line or if I didn't have proof I paid but she literally treated me like I was trying to steal a drink. Work on your customer service and communication skills at this location because...
Read moreI’m in the drive thru and the girl totally ignores me even though I’d been sitting the longest waiting to order and instead she walks to the car across from me that pulled up into the merge lane minutes after me. I’m sitting in my car appalled. But then she takes the next car that literally pulls up next. So now I’m two cars behind in this long line where I should not have been. She then walks over and attempts to take my order with no apology or anything. I place one drink order and proceed to make the next but she doesn’t know the name of the drink and just brushes it off. So I told her not to worry about the second drink since she doesn’t know the names of the basic drinks here that have chocolate in it. So disappointed. Read moreFirst of all it's a walk up not dine in location, but it's beautiful. I've attached pictures and videos to get and idea. They have a patio outside to sit and talk. The young lady that helped me was very patient and helpful for it was my first time visiting. They have a menu, but do not make you feel bad for deterring from it. They do not have pastries, but their drink assortments and choices are amazing I took pictures of it as well. I bought 4 drinks and didn't spend more than $20 so that's something to brag about and means that I can go more often. It's easy to get in and out of the location as well so overall I give it a 10 out of 10. I do update my review if necessary when I visit and this is a location that I will likely visit often. A win for my entire family!! Great start...
