My appointment was at 11am. I waited patiently while others continue to walk to the desk asking how much longer. My 1st child name was not called until 2pm. I witness people walkin without an appointment being seen before my children. With me dealing with customer service over 20+ years it didn't bother me until my 3rd child was not on the list. Cathy was very very rude to me and called me a liar in a smart way. As I continue to get some understanding of the mix up she cut me off and said ok yeah what ever will you be here on the 12th or not. I didn't respond as quickly as she felt i should. She got up and threw her hands up as if I was a bother to her. She came back and sat down not saying a word as if I wasn't standing their. My child was to be seen for a tooth pulled when she made my appointment and wrote the date and time on the card. She never mention to me about another visit. Know I am terrified of even coming back to this place. If this is the service I receive coming in the door. I dont trust the doctor doing any work on me or my child. She treated me like I was trash. I haven't met the doctor yet. So I highly recommend for him to make a change in who greets his clients at the front desk. Cathy has a terrible attitude and it's driving many away. Terrible Dentist, He Remove 4 of My Broken Tooth. He left a Piece of Tooth In The Back of My Mouth That Continue 2 Bother Me For Five Days. I Called In To Inform Them I Was In Great Pain and Have Some Complication Such As Dizziness, Pain In My Mouth, Ears and Face, After His Procedure By Which He Didn't Even Try To Let Me Explain. Terrible Customer Services and A Wreckless Disregard and Concern For Patient's Issue.

They Let Me Do A Walk In To See Dentist and Explain The Problem. Before I Could Explain Exactly What Was Going On, The Dentist Rudely Begin To Interupt Me and Tell Me I Can Go ElseWhere. He Showed A Very Rude Display of Customer's Service and Concern, AlmostcAs If He Don't Like Blackmen.

He Only Saw Me For Approximately 25 to 30 Seconds. I File A Complaint Against The Rude Dentist Who Seems To Rush His Patients Out Without Fully Understanding or Allowing Patients To Explain Problem.

I Dint Think He Is Aware That I'm Very Respected in My Community In Which He Offers Services Abd If This The Kind of Service He Provides, Then He Need Not Setvice The...

Short wait times.

Quick turnaround from assessment to procedure.

Everyone had a pleasant demeanor and were attentive to concerns or questions (Idk why so many ppl are slamming the receptionist).

The bad:

Had 4 teeth removed and the surgeon tried to hand me a script for some motrin? C'mon man.

Conclusion:
