My appointment was at 11am. I waited patiently while others continue to walk to the desk asking how much longer. My 1st child name was not called until 2pm. I witness people walkin without an appointment being seen before my children. With me dealing with customer service over 20+ years it didn't bother me until my 3rd child was not on the list. Cathy was very very rude to me and called me a liar in a smart way. As I continue to get some understanding of the mix up she cut me off and said ok yeah what ever will you be here on the 12th or not. I didn't respond as quickly as she felt i should. She got up and threw her hands up as if I was a bother to her. She came back and sat down not saying a word as if I wasn't standing their. My child was to be seen for a tooth pulled when she made my appointment and wrote the date and time on the card. She never mention to me about another visit. Know I am terrified of even coming back to this place. If this is the service I receive coming in the door. I dont trust the doctor doing any work on me or my child. She treated me like I was trash. I haven't met the doctor yet. So I highly recommend for him to make a change in who greets his clients at the front desk. Cathy has a terrible attitude and it's driving many away.
