I placed a same-day delivery order because I didn’t have time to run to the store. I trusted Tractor Supply to get it right and save me time. Instead, they did the exact opposite — they cost me time, money, and left me without what I actually needed.
I ordered three bags of cattle feed, a bag of dog food, and a food container. What did I get? A bag of goat feed, goat mineral, a sad bag of low-quality hay, and a stall feeder — not one single item I actually ordered. It’s like someone just grabbed whatever was lying around and shipped it out without even glancing at the order slip.
But the real problem wasn’t the wrong items — it was the complete lack of accountability afterward. I had to load up the incorrect items myself and drive to the store to sort it out. No one offered to help. No one apologized. The staff acted like I was inconveniencing them for expecting to get what I paid for.
I had to unload everything, shop for the correct items again, and of course, they didn’t even have what I needed in stock. So instead of saving time by using same-day delivery, I wasted it — and I still don’t have feed for my animals.
And to top it all off, I was told that the delivery credit I used couldn’t be reinstated — as if this entire disaster was somehow acceptable.
This wasn’t just a simple error. It was a complete breakdown in customer service, quality control, and basic responsibility. If you can’t even deliver the right products — or be bothered to make it right when you fail — then you have no business offering same-day delivery at all.

On Thanksgiving day my dog went missing around the natalia devine area and unfortunately i got a new number 4 days prior so his tags weren't updated with my correct phone number. We printed very nicely colored and professional looking signs and i was hopeful whoever acquired him would pass thru. Today we went to re up on horse food and i was crushed to see my sign was thrown away.
