The dessert was definitely the star of the show for my meal. First-time time visitor, and I was hoping to try their banana pudding. Unfortunately, they had sold out, but they had a variety of other cheesecake options, so I decided to try one. It was delicious and although my meal was to go, I finished it right there. The brisket mac itself was good. Brisket had tons of flavor, but the mac was just ok. Overall, I was very impressed with my meal and would gladly go back to try some other meal options and their banana pudding. Update, returned to see if they had any banana pudding and again they were out. However, the chef was king enough to say that she could whip up a batch if I didn't mind waiting....wow, what service. Food was great however. Do not order online...I placed an order for pick up 2 days prior for a party and was called the day of (3 hours prior to pick up) and informed we would have to pay in person in order to pick up due to doordash has not been giving them their money for orders. I went through the process to dispute charge since doordash wouldn't process anything and am still being denied buy my credit card company because my husband paid for it with another card upon pick up. In addition the electronic receipt has a different business name. Basically I paid nearly 200 dollars worth of food twice.

At first I was really understanding but now I've paid 400 bucks for something that shouldn't have happened to begin with. In the end the owner should have worked it out with doordash instead of it affecting...

What an incredible experience I had today for lunch. I came over to Divine for business from San Antonio and stopped over at “get some barbecue” for lunch, I asked for the special of the day (Chopped brisket sandwich) which is served with a side choice and iced tea and decided to go away from the sides since I was told that the sandwich is a pretty good size and I do not like to waste food. Well, it was the perfect decision. The sandwich was bigger than I expected and best of all quality surpassed the price I cannot wait to taste the rest of the barbecue menu.
