Dropped off an older varsity jacket for embroidery. The owner discussed the obstacles of embroidering an older jacket but said that it was possible and accepted the jacket. We were told the jacket would be ready in about two weeks. Three weeks later, I called to see if the jacket was done. I was told the jacket was not finished but to check back at the end of the week. Five days later I stopped by the business to check on the coat. The owner seemed surprised and then brought out my coat, handed it to me and said he was unable to embroider it because it was older. Not once in the, now over three weeks he had the coat, did he attempt to notify me or mention this when I called to check on the coat. It seemed as though he had forgotten about my coat until I walked into his shop and his excuse was that it couldn’t be done. When I asked why I hadn’t been notified; he responded by saying, “he was going to try to spend some time on it this weekend, but I showed up first”. Neil was incredibly patient with the project we presented him, as the back and forth on my end took a few months. He even printed on the shirt we brought in!
