Bumping up to 4 stars. I don’t eat here a ton but the past 3 or 4 times I’ve gotten carry out from this place, they have really improved their estimated finish times.

The pizza taste has also improved over time. Great work Cottage Inn Dexter.

New management must not be very good.

Every time I order carry out from this place and they give me a time that the pies will be ready, they consistently take 15 min to half an hour longer than they estimate.

One of the last times I was in here I paid and then waited for 20-30 min in the seating area only to ask where my pizza was and it had been sitting on their carry out shelf for god knows how long and they didn’t even call out my name! There were numerous people waiting in the seating area so there is just no excuse for that. If you see people waiting, check to see if it’s their order dummies.

Losing patience with this place.

I usually order pizza to go from here. They always have it ready quickly and it's pretty decent.

I do like their Inn Sticks but lately they have been drenching them in oil which makes them nasty to eat after like 5 minutes. Super greasy.

Staff is usually friendly and quick. Place never seems that busy either...

My family has been ordering pizza from this Cottage Inn for years, but unfortunately we're going to have to look for a new pizza shop. They have gotten our order wrong on 6 (yes 6) consecutive orders. I know I shouldn't have given them that many chances, but I really liked the pizza there, so I was reluctant to give it up. They don't pay attention to detail and don't read the instructions when placing online orders (I don't even ask for anything unusual, they're just reminders to add the NORMAL items that they ALWAYS forget).

They had to re-make and deliver a pizza that they had made incorrect, and the new pizza was not fully cooked; the crust turned back into dough once you took a bite, and when you pinched it between your fingers.

The final straw was when I had to enter the shop (to again inform them they forgot to add items to the pizza), and no one was wearing a mask except the boy who was running pizzas out to the cars.

At this point, I am not interested in calling or speaking to anyone about my experiences as I have given them more than enough chances to improve their quality of service. I won't be ordering pizza from there again until it...

Pizza and cheese breadsticks are good, can't comment on other menu items; poor rating is for the service. Two of the last 3 visits they got our order wrong. They did give a credit so I tried to give them another chance, as the pizza is good and we all make mistakes. This time, I placed an online order, arrived and followed instructions posted to call and they would bring food out. I called 5 times, and the call would not go through. I then saw someone enter, so I entered (with mask) and the individual working was upset with us because we entered. I explained I tried to call 5 times but no answer, and he seemed upset with me even though it was their phone system that wasn't working. They finally brought out our food and I should have checked it before I left but by then it was late and hurried home....but got home and the order was wrong yet again. By then, I could not go back because we had 2 young, hungry, cranky kids that needed to get dinner and get to bed. I didn't bother calling because I will not be returning.
