BAIT — Local services in Diamond Bar

I contacted Bait via e-mail because the customer service number is a sham. I ordered several of the Bait X Gundam Universe items on 2-27-21 order #300292432. I emailed customer support that my items were showing that they were delivered on 3-10-2021 but were not at my apartment door when I arrived home after having my car serviced. I have since ordered 3 other items that I received yet a customer service representative has yet to reach out to me about my previous order.
