Their drinks are good, the staff was very friendly but they're still working out some kinks during the soft opening. The shop can get very crowded, very quickly, with only one kiosk so far to order at. There are only uncovered tables and chairs outside, shared with customers from the other shops. The menu is large with lots of fun options, plenty of fruit teas, some matcha lattes, and non caffeinated drinks. And the kiosk offers lots of add-ons, and extra customization not offered at your usual chain boba shop. The only milk alternative was oat for an extra cost, and it would be nice to see another option added in the future. I didn't try the app, but it seems like a hassle if you're not a regular.

I like their system which can text you when your order is ready, and it can show you who is next up. Due to the amount of people we had to wait over 10 min our due time, which like I mentioned, it is probably due to their soft opening.
The drinks were good, and boba was fresh and “Que” . The tea drinks had a very good amount of tea flavor compared to many other places that we go. We tried the Tie Guan Yin Milk Tea and the Tie Guan Yin Oolong.

Read moreThere were very few customers when we went there that day. Our order number was 284 and we ordered from the automated ordering machine at 4:32pm. However, after waiting for 26 minutes, all the customers behind us got their drinks and we didn't get ours until we asked for a refund. The reason is that staff are being trained, but there are 9 employees and we are the only ones whose orders have been delayed that long. One was ordered with 80% sugar and tasted like no sugar, the other was super sweet and we both had diarrhea afterwards.
