Pho Super Bowl - Diamond Bar - Authentic Vietnamese Cuisine — Restaurant in Diamond Bar

We frequent this store quite often that I'm pretty sure the waiters there know our faces. LOL. Boyfriend enjoys their soup here and for the price of $6 for a large isn't bad at all. For myself I usually order their beef salad, while the lettuce is more a of a garnish red leaf lettuce than spinach or anything... The flavors of the beef and subtle hint of carrots and onions with fish sauce creates a great combination of flavors with the tomatoes, and cucumbers. I would recommend it for those that don't eat noodles or rice dishes.

I ordered the Beef and Shrimp Vermicelli, it came with sliced Cucumber, shredded Carrots, Bean Sprouts and Special House Sauce, it is a very tasty cool dish, very light and pleasant, perfect for a hot summer day. Other than that, this place is like most of the low budget Asian restaurant, no decors, no TVs, adequate but minimal service, once they placed the drinks and served the food, they don't check back, they don't see your empty glass that needs refill. A good exception is their bathroom is very clean. I recommend this place.

Ordered a large and a regular bowl for carry out since covid prevents dining in. Got back to the hotel since we are traveling and are from out of town. They barely have any noodles with our pho. For a large and a regular the noodles given to us wouldn’t even count as a small. Very disappointed since I read good reviews on this place. Very greedy with noodles, if you are going to give since small portions why charge the 10.00 per bowl and say regular and large when your serving sizes don’t even...
