Horrible costumer service. Jenny has a history of disrespecting costumers. Have gone for years, every two weeks(paying $75 and a $20 tip to Linda every time). Did not like my nails this time around. I had picked basic white nails. While getting them done, the color turned yellow in front of the nail tech. She was helpful and removed and redid the color at the time. A few hours later after I left, I noticed that the color had turned yellow again and were bumpy/uneven. Texted Jenny about what happened and she did not respond. When I called the next morning, Matthew told me to come in. When I went in, Jenny was sitting outside on her phone and gave me attitude right away about me lying about having yellow nails. She then followed me inside and put me on blast in front of everyone and insisted that I asked the costumers about the color of my nails. She would not listen to how I felt and continued to say since she thinks that there was nothing wrong with the color, that I would have to pay for a color change, ignoring the fact that my nails looked unprofessionally done. Jenny then told me that Linda said that she does not want me to come back because it takes her “4-5 hours” to do my nails(which it doesn’t. Longest I have been there is 2 hours because she makes me wait at least 30 minutes even though I make my appointments at least 2-3 weeks ahead). I did not appreciate being humiliated and lied to, while wasting time, after being a loyal...
Read moreUsed to like the place would bring my mother in law and husband, Jenny ruined it. She is highly rude to customers talks about customers and then had the audacity after us being in there for four hours getting manicures and pedicures to demand that we start using cash in Lou of using alternative forms of payment. And on top of it the reason we were in there for four hours is because we had to wait for someone to be freed up that knew how to do acrylics, because for some reason and a nail salon, not everyone knows how to do acrylics. on top of this all happening I also had to explain to her what almond shape is though they’ve done my nails before and they can’t seem to get it right. At the end of our transaction she told me if I messed up my nails come back I told her we will not be back we do not go places where people demand that you start paying cash and she started to backtrack fast. When we all know they want you to pay cash so they can avoid paying the taxes on the service that they get paid to do plain and simple if I have to pay...
Read moreWas a valued customer for over 10 years before new ownership. The manager Matthew talked me into going from gel to powder dip saying it was healthier for my nails. It was also more expensive. The manicurist Jenny started putting gel on top of the powder and after a few months my nails got very soft and broke. When I talked to Matthew about it asking if they could work something out price wise since their treatment damaged my nails, he said they don't do discounts. I went around and around with him letting him know as a loyal customer there should be something they could do. He refused saying the rent is high in Diamond Bar. I told him he had lost a customer and hung up. There was no return call. That was the most inconsiderate customer service I've ever experienced. Obviously my loyalty meant nothing. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The management that was there before Matthew came was nice and considerate. If I wasn't satisfied with something, they compensated me and apologized. That's good...
