Big Lots — Local services in Dickson

I love Big Lots, but it is hard to find what I need at this store. Also, I went in the other day and, besides staff, I was the only one wearing a mask. There was one person at the checkout counter, and she could have cared less. She ignored me completely. She did talk into what looked like a microphone attached to her vest to someone else the whole time, laughed at what they were saying while looking at me, then handed me my receipt and said, "Here you go, ma'am." I would just like to say Chelsea in the furniture department was really helpful. I had an item on recall I purchased 6 months ago and the manufacturer needed a receipt I didn't have. She was not able to get it for me since the purchase was longer than 30 days. She instructed me to call the main warehouse and I was able to get it. Every time we go in there she is always helpful when furniture shopping. Even if the product is not available there she will look it up at other stores for us. Thank...

Big Lots has been one of my favorite stores for years. They carry many products that are hard to find elsewhere. The store is spacious, clean, and easy to navigate. I guess I’m one of the few who’s not a big fan of their revamp. Big Lots was much more fun to shop when it was a genuine close-out store; there seemed to be more stuff, with more turnover, and I never knew what bargains I would find.
