Ordered a super Georgia peach and jumbo watermelon and charged for them. Got a jumbo Georgia peach and a large watermelon. When I told them that they made a jumbo Georgia peach, I was told the ice is to 'soft to make the mound on top. Did not ask about the watermelon, I guess the soft ice wouldn't fill the cup. It seems this years employees are lacking the knowledge of what the sizes should be. Long time customer but may...

The guy was so so rude. If you don’t want be there then quit but don’t act absolutely aggravated that people come to buy something. I’m sorry I had questions about flavors- it’s a big menu. Very negative experience and the Snowcone was crunchy and way way too juicy and wet. Wish there was a decent Snowcone...
