I don’t know what the girl that works the window blonde hair partially died green is going through but I hope it gets better because you’re rude to people. Taco Bell was an inconvenience for me and my family tonight. I door dashed an order. I drove back up there for them to re do my order. Just simply said hey my order was wrong I had 3 tacos and some potatoes. The manager interrupts the girl I’m talking to on the mic and says was the potatoes wrong too or just the tacos. Mind you I just paid for my order to be delivered because I have a toddler who doesn’t need to get out in the cold. Mam. Why’re you worried about if the potatoes are wrong too. Your customers are having to go out of their way because someone can’t make 2 tacos right. Make the whole order over. I’d understand if I had 50 tacos and 25 of them were messed up then yes only remake the 25 tacos. I had 3 tacos and potatoes. When you simply could’ve not interrupted the girl over the mic. Let her do her job. You went out of your way to ask about potato’s in a 4 item order. I was happy the girl on the mic said yes we’ll re make it no problem. The manager then proceeded to say just have the bag and give it back to the girl at the window. The rude girl at the window says if you have complaints you do that through door dash. I don’t have any complaints. I just want my order re made and eat my food THATS IT. No apology or anything was given to me about the messed up order. Customer service is hey what all was in your order I apologize and let us remake that for you. Instead it was the big ordeal for no reason. Potato’s ? Read moreHorrible experience. Placed an order online, said pick up at 12:45am. Arrived to the store at 12:43 and a semi-truck was parked in front of the drive thru. The drive thru is supposed to be open until 1am. I had to get out of my car and knock on the glass. The employee got up, came to the door and told me they were closed. I was told that they did not have my order and it might be a different restaurant. I showed them the verification and they said they couldn’t do anything. It had already been charged to my card. I expressed my anger and they just told me there was nothing they could do.(still not 1am)I finally just said screw it, hit the cancel order button in the app and started walking back to my car. I get to my car after having cancelled the order and I am notified that they received the order. I left before 1am without the food I had been charged for. This is not the first time I’ve had issues.
