Showed up after what looked like a local school/church event had let out, so we did expect it to be a little busy. The drive through line was to the street so we went inside. We were the only people in line, with some others in the lobby waiting one orders. We saw 4-5 employees working frantically to keep up with mobile orders and drive-through. We were patient, but waited for over 10 minutes and neither of us were ever acknowledged by any employee. Mobile orders kept printing and staff would come to grab the slip right in front of us, but still would not acknowledge a customer waiting to order. No workds were ever spoken between us and the staff. I feel that we were waiting patiently, and a "we will be with you shortly" would have been nice. We ended up leaving out of frustration and got ice cream elsewhere. Main suggestion- even when it's too busy to stop and take an order- acknowledge that you know the customer is there so they know you are not outright ignoring them. I have worked in fast food before and understand it can get hectic, but it should not be too hectic to at least let the customer know you see them and will help them shortly. I hope they are able to work this out and have a more efficient system...
Read moreI ordered two meals for dining in and my food was brought out to my table. When I went back to the counter to request sauce for the chicken strips, I was charged for it. I explained that it was for the food I had just ordered. The employee shrugged her shoulders and told me that she wouldn't charge if it was up to them, but it wasn't up to them. I would not mind paying for sauce if I know it will cost money up front. I find it tacky to charge an additional $.39/each sauce cup after I've ordered, paid for, and received my food. For the 2 sauces I needed for my 2 meals, it was an extra $.86 after tax.
The response of the various employees was more of a disappointment than paying for something that I didn't feel like I should have been charged for. The clerk tore my receipt off the register and waded it up to throw it in the trash. I stopped her. Clearly, she didn't think it was enough money to provide me with a receipt for, but it was enough money to collect from me.

Read moreI have been going there a few times in the past couple of weeks to get the same blizzard. Yes they do take long which I don't really mind but they have screwed the same blizzard up 4 out of 5 times. Yes it is my fault because I keep going but still. First time the whole bottom half was nothing but syrup. Second they were out of an ingredient and just randomly put something else in it without asking. Third time didn't tell me until I got up to the window after waiting forever they were out of something. 4th time it was basically liquid and they did not turn it upside that time for sure. They do not care about customer service there at all and basically let kids run wild. UPDATE.. I JUST CAME BACK BECAUSE I DID GIVE YOU GUYS ANOTHER CHANCE AND ORDERED THE SAME BLIZZARD WHICH IS CHEESECAKE AND THEY FORGOT THE CHEESECAKE. I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW YOU CAN MESS SOMETHING UP SO MANY TIMES AND NOT HAVE IT FIXED. LITERALLY THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE OF EATING OUT. I WILL MAKE AND EXTRA DRIVE...
