Dear God this place is terrible. The “service” tonight was the literal absolute worst. I’ve given this place multiple chances because they do have good nights, but the menu is always changing and they’ve removed burgers which is just about the only thing I can even eat here. Tonight though, my chicken came out so hard that I could not bite it, could not cut it, and could not even stab it with a knife. I couldn’t even complain about it to the server because she was the only person working there while we were in, so she was also working the bar. So I sat and waited and waited and waited while my family ate, and I did not. While I waited, at one point the server was sitting and eating while just talking to someone at the bar. It was when she finally came to check if we were done that she found out how terrible the food was and that I wasn’t even able to eat. She discounted the ticket and gave us our tab to pay. I set my card down to pay and she never came back to take it to ring us up. We eventually just had to drop cash on the table and just leave.

This service is not how it always is. There are good workers here, but just not tonight. The ever changing menu is also a huge annoyance. They had a fantastic burger, best I’ve had in awhile, but they no longer do burgers because the kitchen is too small to do a lot of food.

I just can’t believe how terrible it was tonight. That was unreal. Literally could not cut into my rock hard food, and had no service. Absolutely ridiculous.

Went last night and paid a $5 cover charge to get in, with four people. After 20 minutes of sitting at a table, I had to get up and ask for a rag to wipe off a dirty table AND put our drink order in. Even though there were 3 servers just STANDING around behind the bar. The girl gives me a dry rag so I had to ask her to wet it down, then a different employee walked me back to my table to clean it off. He then took our drink order. 3 waters. 1 beer. 1 cider. He came back with out drinks and proceeded to take our food order. All was going well.

15 minutes pass. He brings a second cider to the table.

10 more minutes pass. The first girl come and refills our waters.

ANOTHER. 10. MINUTES. PASS.

We have 3 adults looking around for food that SHOULD have been to the table by now, since the place was pretty dead.

The first girl come over and asks if we need another round and all of us are saying that we were looking for our food

Server- " did the other guy not tell you the kitchen was closed?"

Me- "dude-bro TOOK the order of food. Is someone not back there cooking?"

Server- "ohhh... the bail bondsman came in around 30 minutes ago and picked him up"

SERIOUSLY?!?!

When I first came to this place, I LOVED it. The food, servers, the atmosphere of it all. It was great! It has gone SO DOWNHILL I will never be going back to that...
