Was very disappointed in the time for delivery so after waiting over 10 week, I went in and Nick took care of me. If it wasn't for him I think I would have gotten a refund.

Update: Since going back into the store and picking another that I was suppose to get that next Fridat, I got a call that their Delivery truck was broke down and my chair would now not be delivered until Monday or Tuesday but not to worry they got the chair. I called Monday to check on the delivery and was told by a lady that Nick was out until Wednesday and that the Chair was not suppose to be to them until Tuesday. I advised her that was not what I was told and she said she would get someone to call me back that day!!! It is now Friday....no call from anyone yet, so I will be calling when they open and will let you know what happened. I will never buy another piece of furniture here again if this is not made right and I am in the process of refurnishing my entire 2500...

I bought a sectional couch from here back in June & one of the pieces started making spring like noises when you sit on it, I called to have it repaired & they had some guys come out & “look” at it then left but didn’t take my couch piece with them. I had to call them to find out what was going on & they informed me it will get fixed... I’ve had to call them 3 times, they don’t call me unless it’s a returned phone call from Me calling them!!!! Well here we are February 2020 & my couch still hasn’t been picked up to be fixed which is still under warranty... I am furious & I will NOT be doing business with...

Missed experience. Neither of the 2 people that made eye Contact with me could be bothered to greet me or see if they could help me. The female employee sitting at a desk was apparently on lunch enjoying her meal, but is the first person seen upon entering. Weird. I walked back and forth trying to find someone to help me while she ate her lunch, when a man came out of the double doors, nodded and continued on walking. I came to purchase a 5 piece bedroom suite, a dining table and desk. Missed $ during struggling times. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Shame on our lack of customer service skills and down...
