Despite all of the other reviews, I will be giving you my honest and full in depth review about the Predator Gaming Center. Before coming to this establishment, we saw some comments about the wait times, alley functionality, as well as the temperature in the facility. I can safely let you know that this is no longer an issue.
We decided to call the number we found on their Facebook page and were able to reserve a spot hours ahead. When we arrived to the location we realized it is in a gated community where you must pass through a gate with surveillance where the bowling alley staff are able to see you. After arriving we quickly paid in the front gate and were redirected to the shoe area to commence our 2 hours of bowling fun.
We had paid for the 2 hour package, for 6 people, with a pizza, pitcher of soda. This came out to be around $135 before tax and $150 after tax. Around 45 minutes into the game, we were given the pizza and the pitcher of soda. To be fair, the pizza is quite small. One pizza can feed 2 people but we had to divide it between 6 people. We were a bit let down by this but a few minutes later the young woman comes back with a plate full of mini Puerto Rican fried delicacies. The plate had a wide variety from fried fish, to mozzarella sticks, empanadillas, and more. The lanes were really fun, the colors were cool, and overall we had tons of fun.
Note: The building is REALLY cold. Take a jacket if you're not used to chilly temperatures.
Our only real issue was the fact that the woman kindly offered us more soda since we had finished ours. She failed however to mention that we would have to pay for it as well as typically refills are free in other areas. After we drank the second pitcher of soda and were leaving the building she chased after us to charge us almost $10 for the pitcher of soda which left us a bit baffled.
Pros: Beautiful color schemes Fun lanes Enough Food with the package Was a bit cold but not overbearing for me
Cons: Charged us for something without being transparent Two chairs were broken in lane 7 (our lane)
All in all, the establishment is well worth the money and it is very fun. 100% recommend which is why I give it a 5 star and will be back for sure.
Little suggestion for the establishment owners: Invest in a better sound system. Preferably coming from the front of the bowling towards the seats instead of behind the seats. Or even speakers above the players. A good sound system would make it much more...
Read moreWe didn’t like this because the employees had a bad attitude. I asked them if someone does there 8 laps and the other person has 3 can the other person finish there and they said yes. I had finished 7 and my friend had 4 laps and they made us finish there’s race. When we were promised 8 for each person and there was no line.I asked them to clean my helmet and she kept giving me attitude. She was so lazy and she got me a new one. She wouldn’t put the speed up for my friend and she kept putting her speed at 1. She had mine at full speed. By the way we both race and this was our first and last time at this place. Because this attitude is unacceptable especially when this is your first time at a brand new place to you. They need to get better employees with good attitudes and people who know how to actually work a button. I believe that if someone is good at go carts they should...
Read moreThe place is cool. The decoration is phenomenal. You have to pay at the front desk first in order to be included in a waiting list that takes 1-1/2 hr for your turn. You can wait in the restaurant facilities and wait to be call through the speaker. In my case I decide to walk to the hotel facilities to give time and made them call me at my telephone number. The only negative experience is that we had the bad luck that our lane on every turn was blocked for more than a minute to place the pins on. This was lane #1. While other lanes the pins were ready in seconds for the next turn. We complained to the front desk but they did not want to help or assign us another lane. We count that we lost 18 minutes of play in an hour. My recommendation is not to use lane #1 and or ask if lane is...
