Ariel’s Jewelry No3 — Local services in Doral

I just went to pick up two watches I left for repair. I arrived at 5:45 pm, and someone opened the door and told me to wait outside because they were mopping the floor. The store closes at 7 pm, a little over an hour later... so it'll be good sense to mop the floor once you close, right? Seems not so. Being a jewelry, receiving the watches and pay standing outside is kind of uncomfortable.

UPDATE: I gave this store another opportunity, taking a watch for repair. Having no information after about a month, we called them and, to our surprise, were told that the watch was impossible to repair. Today, we went there to pick up the watch. A sales associate, whose name (as we understood) was Idalmis, confronted my wife about the review I had left previously. Mind you, the review was honest, and the only thing to say to it was, "We'll fix that, sorry." What's uncomfortable is the fact that the watch was left under my wife's name, so it seems that these people crossed the information. We are certain the watch was not repaired as revenge for the unanswered feedback. The sales associate was rude to my wife. This said I recommend DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. I have nothing against other Ariel's Jewelry stores, but the personnel from this one need to be thoroughly trained in...
