I had a delivery sent to my hotel on Saturday August 26 2017 at 10:34pm this order was taken by Marly. After waiting over an hr and 3 phone calls later or food arrived. The patacon was cold, the 2 pinchos were missing the salad and arepa, WE WERE ALSO MISSING A CHORIPERRO, AND THE AJI AND GREEN SAUCE. THE 2 MOST IMPORTANT THINGS FROM MY ORDER!. we immediately called the driver he said he would go back and bring us what we were missing he never showed, we then called to speak to manager they were out and the waitress claimed she would have them call me back... NEVER UNTIL THIS DAY HAS ANYONE CONTACTED ME !! I have called your establishment 3 different times in the past and the MANAGER LEIDY IS NEVER AVAILABLE!!. Now you think "wow how petty still waiting on $7.19 to be refunded?" No its the fact that your customer service is disgusting and horrible doesn't give a face to a customer that has a problem and half of the employees talk to you with an attitude..right now McDonald's gives better customer service and it sucks because I'm Colombian I enjoy colombian food my husband is Italian and we come from. Read moreEvery city has a place that you just consider THE SPOT. The spot is a place that you can go to at anytime of the day, and YOU KNOW it will always be delicious. The food at the spot is always consistent, it never fails, but always satisfies.
Los Verdes is THE SPOT in this area, their open super late which makes great for a survival restaurant(when you’ve had a long night, and try to scavenge any restaurant open at 1am). They have an incredible selection of different sauces that come with almost every meal you can order and it is literally an explosion of flavor.
I recently went to pick up my order and they followed every guideline to make the restaurant as safe as possible. As you walk in they have arrows that tell you how to walk within the restaurant while maintaining social distancing from everyone, It kinda looks like a mini race track. Also they had a two separate cups to differentiate used pens from new pens, and they even had contactless payments.
I ended up ordering the chicken and steak quesadilla which was phenomenal and a side order of tequeños which is a MUST from any order you decide to place here.
