These places are a rip off. You go and they give you the special for 19.99 and tell you that you can cancel it three days before and you do not have to renew. You can wait for the special and get it again for $19.99. Well that is not so, I cancelled my as I was advised and got a bill for $37.45. When I called spoke to Kathern who said she was the manager. Had no customer service experience advised I was playing with the system. I have no idea what she was accusing me of. So I told her that I was to old to be playing the game that the employees are playing. They are giving customers the incorrect information. She refuse to let me speak to some else and advised of no last name or a number I can confirm this conversation I had with her. She hung up the phone as she advised I was speaking loud. I have problems hearing so that is my tone of voice. I feel discriminated my West Dade Car wash and Kathern who I spoke to. Poor quality of management. I hope the conversation was recorded. The manager Antonio came up to me very hostile and rude like because I was vacuuming my car how everybody knows that the vacuums are free for everyone now he is saying that you have to be a member at this location to use the vacuums which is totally incorrect. Also he didn't even bother to ask if in fact i was a member or not he just assumed and racially profiled me for no reason. I have been using this company for a long time and that different locations and I have never had this issue before I will no longer continue to bring my services. Would always come here to this place without a problem and have my car washed. The last two times I tipped the guys working the line $10-$20 so they can pressure wash the bugs off the front my car since I drive from naples to miami multiple times a week. My most recent visit after tipping the guy working the line to pressure wash the front end of my car the Manager Antonio came out and scolded the young man to tell him that he can’t pressure wash my car, ridiculous instead of having my car nice and clean and free of bugs mediocre service is all I can get at best, immediately cancelled my membership with Antonio after the way he spoke to that young man trying to provide great service.
