Rey Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

I have order from this location all the time when I was living in Miami, but yesterday was the worst time ever, I decided to order to go because where I live now they don’t have Cuban pizza, I made the order on line, when I got there, 1rst thing I was told was that I made the oder thru Uber, I said no, so automatically I was charge $10 extra because of that, I told no, I order on line, their system works to do that, anyway, I was text that the order was ready, I got there to pickup the order, all of them standing looking around and the order was no where to be found, they were back and force about the order, we waited almost an hour for their order to be ready, one of the waitress said, well everyone wants to come first and leave, I said, no I don’t want to come first and go, but you guys text me to tell me it was ready, then the other excuse was it was the change of shift. At end we left almost at six, and we had 3 hrs of driving, who ever was in charge did not even apologize and they kept my $10 and they knew I was not Uber, wow...

Terrible service and terrible attitude. Once had an order given away to another person and had to wait another hour before I got my order, complained and nothing was done. Next time I went I was ignored at the window for a full ten minutes before I was acknowledged. Went to complain at the office next door and got their number. When I called I was given a run around and the people at the office tried playing jokes on me so that I'd stop calling. Garbage people and garbage service. You can also tell which of these reviews are fake/paid for. There's no way that there's this enormous amount of five and one star reviews. Absolutely horrendous go to Polo Norte instead. I came in with my daughter and the place is empty, not one costumer, but 3 waiters talking so loud l that is almost annoying. Five minutes later I get some help. Pizzas takes more than 15 min and when ready, one of them is missing one ingredient. They added it after I asked for it and put the same pizza back in the oven so the ingredient cooks… pizza came back over cooked and not tasting like I’m used to eat it. I send it back, never asked if I wanted anything else. When the check comes, of course pizza is there even though I barely tasted, and of course I pay for it, but is my last time in this place. Horrible costumer service and left hungry. So sad this is my daughter’s favorite place for...
