As soon as I realized it at home, I tried calling the store multiple times and nobody answered. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, I later received threatening messages, including photos of me and my partner, and they were even contacting the wrong number – which belongs to a minor. This behavior is completely inappropriate, intimidating, and illegal. Customers should never be treated with harassment and threats over a cashier’s mistake.
