The juice bar — Restaurant in Doral

I am writing this review because there is no corporate number to contact. This morning I witnessed (what I assume to be) a manager reprimanding an employee loudly and rudely. She was making such a big scene that me and many other people in the mall looked over to see what happened. No matter what the employee did, there is no reason to act that way towards them (especially so publicly). I couldn’t get her name, but she was wearing a gray shirt. Her behavior was unacceptable. Havent even tried the juice. Its natural organge juice squeezed in front of you so cant be bad.

Two stars given that in the middle of a pandemic you cannot charge $8.50 and NOT having a touchless Point Of Sale to keep customers and employees safe. Its 2020 and its not expensive to implement.

The lady from Bolivia who worked there was very polite and kind. Kudos to her. She told me other customers complained about the same.

Hope the business starts to listen customers.
