This is the email I sent to Pandora’s customer service and they never replied. Bottom line is that this store scams customers and I will never purchase a single item from Pandora.
Dear Pandora:
I hope you are doing well. I am writing to address an issue regarding order #omitted which I purchased online on October 25, 2024. Unfortunately, one of the pushbacks broke this week, prompting me to visit one of your stores today, Sunday, December 22, 2024, to replace my earrings, as I have only had them for nearly two months. The store I visited is located inside Miami International Mall, 1455 NW 107th Ave, Doral, FL 33172.
Regrettably, my customer service experience was disappointing. The sales associates greeted me in Spanish, so I adjusted my preference to facilitate communication. However, the staff, including the sales associates, seemed to lack authenticity and genuine customer service.
Initially, a young lady at the front door assisted me and communicated with the store manager, but I was then assigned to a non-English-speaking sales associate who did not engage sincerely. During my interaction, the manager intervened and instructed the sales associates to provide my replacement. I found the manager's behavior towards the sales associates suspicious. Upon examining the earrings, I noticed one was missing a backing, so I requested the sales associate to remove the back from my old pair, which she did.
However, upon returning home, I discovered that the manager had given me pearl earrings that were not the baroque treated freshwater cultured pearl stud earrings I purchased in October. I am attaching a picture of what the manager handed to the sales associate. I am a reasonable individual and would have understood if Pandora did not have the exact replacement but would have appreciated an alternative solution. What frustrates me is the lack of transparent communication from the manager and her team, who seemed to believe they could deceive customers without consequence.
The purpose of this letter is to highlight the poor customer experience at this store, which can be corroborated by customer reviews on Google, and to bring attention to the unethical practices of the manager. I want to express that I will not continue to be a loyal customer, which may seem trivial, but it reflects a broader trend among many customers who are choosing to take their loyalty elsewhere. It seems Like the item has 2 legs to walk away.( just been sarcastic) However spoke to the 2 of the store managers , one was a lady , she make me feel like I was lying and she say that maybe I lost it somewhere else. And that she stand by the person I think took it. 🤔, What a customer service!!!! The other manager was very neutral and very professional, on the video by the way with very bad quality, no audio I can't hardly see it clearly I show them that I came in with my charm. I deleted my first review as i promise to the nice men manager , that is why I do not want to mentioned there names. However everything end up with me asking them to prove me that I walk out there store with my charm on my brasalet. Now is just a waiting situation for them to get a better view of the video. So far they haven't find my charm. I am excited, tired of all this situation. I do have to say that corporate was very nice and the male manager as well , the regional female manager 🙄 Not pleasant at all. I bought a couple of bracelets and a ring and decided to return the ring because I didnt like it that much. When I got to the store the manager which name is litbet or something similar to that push me to exchange for something else. When I said I did not want to she did not like the idea and the way she treated me was not appropriate. I did the return and left. Two days after Pandora website went on sale. I bought the something I was staying with but at a 50 percent. When I went to return the full prize merchandise even though a very nice person was helping me the manager came again and tried to force me to exchange items for something else. When I said no, she asked me why I did not return ir by mail. Excuse me????? Why do I even have to be questioned my methods of returning????? i couls have million reasons to do it.
