Hairy's Puppies World - Miami Puppy Store — Local services in Doral

Absolute terrible employees AND owner. Walked in recently to view the adorable French bulldog at front and we never got a greeting. After a couple of minutes, she received a call from someone wanting to file a complaint and she ranted (angrily) pretty much saying to report it to animal services and she can't serve the puppies on display water/food dishes for whatever reason (I didn't hear this part of the conversation), and hung up without saying a proper goodbye to the one on the call. Later, as she went to clean the cocker spaniel's (extremely small) window box, she HARSHLY swiped back and forth with a dirty cloth and didn't go around the puppy, but rather treated it like it wasn't there and the poor dog was jumping around and flipping trying not to be hit/knocked down by her hands. If this is how she treats puppies with customers inside the store, imagine when we're not around and they're grooming.

Cold hearted people like this SHOULD NOT be the owner nor employee of really ANY store. They're beautiful little animals with so much heart and there is SO much negligence and negativity in that store. I've gone multiple times and I gradually feel even more unwelcome. The prices are incredibly steep and I personally would never shop there, but AT LEAST hire some decent people with manners and love for animals!! Despicable!

I went twice in a row and three puppies were sneezing/coughing up. Today, I saw one of them coughing again, and mind you I was recording and taking pictures the whole time (for cuteness purposes). The second I panned to the puppy coughing, which was the white schnauzer (and the Australian shepherd and Shiba Inu), the employee with glasses and a white turban urged me that pictures and videos are not allowed. Really? I've been doing this for so long. Why didn't you say it to other customers? Maybe because you don't want your company to be exploited. You're breeding and selling sick puppies. I despise this place...

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! They sold us a sick dog. When we got there to see the dog, they had her isolated in the back. We were told it was because she was “reserved” for us and they didn’t want anyone else to see her. Turns out the dog had a respiratory infection and was being kept away from the other dogs. She began coughing hours after we picked her up on Saturday. They only honor a diagnosis from the vet of their choice. Well turns out that vet could only see us on Monday. By that point, the dog was coughing uncontrollably and could not eat. Monday came around and the vet did not want to conduct blood work or any testing to prove a concrete diagnosis. I had to insist on testing to ensure we got the adequate medication. They told us that they had to call Hairy’s World to see if they would cover the tests and medications. We went back and forth because they insisted I had to pay for the testing and Hairy’s World would cover the medications which is UNACCEPTABLE. Then we were offered to take the dog back to Hairy’s World and exchange it for another. Who knows what would have happened to the dog if we had accepted the exchange. After going back and forth, Hairy’s World agreed to pay for the testing and the medication. Now we have MEDICAL PROOF that the dog was sold to us with a respiratory infection and she was severely anemic. For a dog that cost THOUSANDS of dollars, this is truly unacceptable. Doy una estrella porq es la única manera de poder colocar un comentario! Terrible me están robando mi dinero estuve con mi pequeño hijo el sábado cerca de las 8:00 pm ya estaban cerrando buscando un perrito para mi hijo Roxana me ofreció buscarme un perro y entregármelo en 15 días mi hijo como cualquier niño pequeño estaba demasiado emocionado e ilusionado! Me pidieron dar un depósito de $500 y q no lo perdería si el perrito no me gustaba o algo pasaba me fui a casa y al día siguiente mi hijo se despertó con ganas de tener su perro ya llorando que no quería esperar y llame para pedirles que por favor cancelaran y devolvieran mi dinero para buscar el perrito en otro lado porq no quería desilusionar a mi hijo y estar 15 días esperando sufriendo porq a el ser pequeño no puede entender! Roxana me dijo que si que fuera a la tienda q ella me ayudaría que para ellos lo más importante son las personas y hacer una comunidad cuando llegue a la tienda todo fue mentira solo empezaron a presionarme a mi y a mi hijo para que esperara a el perro o que tomara uno de los perros que tienen allí que no eran lo que buscábamos para mi familia fueron groseros persuasivos para q me llevara uno de los dos perros grandes que tienen ahí y no han podido vender o una hembra que no es lo que queríamos mi hijo se sentía tan desilusionado pedí entonces que me dieran un crédito y así usarlo en los servicios de la tienda y me dijeron que tampoco! Simplemente en menos de 12 horas me robaron $500 sin razón no le importó que mi hijo estaba ahí con la ilusión de su perro ni quitarme mi dinero que aún no me quieren devolver no recomiendo este lugar si estás buscando un perro ideal para tu familia y hacer feliz a tu hijo! Se quedaron con mi dinero y dañaron el momento que debía ser feliz para in niño! No vayan aquí solo te presionarán para q te lleves algo que no quieres!

Yo no estoy devolviendo ni cambiando ningún perrito porque no recibí nada porque no lo tienes ni en tu tienda está aún con su mamá solo me mostraste una foto! Obviamente que los animales se respetan se aman y se cuidan Y me extraña que hables de que los animales no son una camisa que se cambia porq dentro de las políticas que hablas me dijiste que si no me gustaba el perrito tú me lo cambiabas por otro! Y al llegar a tu tienda el día siguiente me ofrecías los otros perros que tienes ahí solo que eran grandes y nada se adaptaba a lo que buscaba así que no hace sentido tu respuesta!

En cuanto a los valores enseñanza y sentimientos de un niño se respetan y no tienes derecho hablar de un niño y de sus sentimientos que me imagino son los mayoría de tus clientes niños con un sueño de tener una mascota y en tu comentario de “chiquito caprichoso” se nota el tipo de tienda que son y de la calidad humana y respeto que tienes hacia los demás y más aún a los niños los niños se respetan y más aún sus sentimientos!

Es claro para las familias que ame a sus hijos y validen los sentimientos de sus hijos y que piensen adquirir una mascota el tipo de tienda que son!!! si eres capaz de expresarte así de un niño que ni siquiera conoces que se puede esperar!!

Tienes que respetar a las personas y no engañar porq me dijiste q me podrías ayudar que estuviera tranquila q no iba a perder mi dinero que me cambiabas a el perro por otro ese mismo día entonces no Coordinan tus acciones con lo que respondes del respeto a los animales!

Para ti solo es una transacción un perro o dinero que entra o sale para nosotros era la felicidad de nuestra familia y un nuevo miembro...
