I went in with my wheelchair bound grandmother and was met with stellar customer service. While we didn't have any cake, we tried some of their pastelitos and their pizza one was absolutely delicious! Las torta de verdad que son muy buenas nada porque quejarme de eso pero la atención es de otro mundo como es posible que uno llegue a un lugar donde vas feliz a buscar tu torta de cumpleaños y lo primero que te reciba es una mala cara o mala contesta y por último NO COMPREN GLOBOS porque al salir con el calor se revientan compre 3 globos y no había salido muy bien de la puerta y se reventó me regrese y el globo me lo cobraron y la respuesta es que al salir de la puerta es mi responsabilidad y está bien cuando es un torta si se me cayo o xs cosa que se escapan de sus manos pero un producto que vendan y este en mal estado y no ha pasado ni 3 minutos es responsabilidad del local y mas cuando la misma persona que los inflo dijo que se le habían reventado algunos porque cuando trabajas con globos es algo que no controlas pero si te lo compran y se le revienta al cliente en un tiempo mínimo tienen que responder que es un producto de ustedes tienen cierta garantía por lo menos si aún estoy en el lugar y no han pasaron ni 3 min cuando salí y se reventó la empatía y la amabilidad la tienen terrible desde que uno llama hasta cuando uno escribe yo soy una clienta activa que siempre pide tortas busquen a una persona que sepa tratar al cliente porque primordial no hay que que diga que ir a sweet by rose es un tema por atención entonces me siento indignada por lo sucedido no por pagar 4 dólares de un globo si no que trabajo con eso y se que es responsabilidad de uno como proveedor responder por eso y mas cuando estaba...

I like the cakes in this place located in Doral but there is 0 customer service and the lady at the register which I think is the owner is super rude!
