Come here all the time and the customer service is always horrible. You have to literally call someone and force them to help you otherwise you will be standing and waiting. They help one at a time then handling multiple customers. They will help one person at a time even if they are just buying one door handle.the plywood I bought was the wrong one then what I saw the week before and when I went back to exchange, they said it's mass production so it's never exact. I understand that but the fact that one is a blonde color with no wood knots or burn marks to the one they gave me which is yellow and with burns and wood knots. Those are 2 types of wood finishes. Im a contactor so I know the difference but they didn't care. Next time I'll just go to home Depot as its the same price. I have posted pictures so you can see the difference and you can see they screwed up and didn't care to fix the problem. A block away is another wood store which has excellent service if you can't make it...

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from beginning to end!The salesman had an attitude that makes you question why you are even buying there. The delivery guy is even worse. Comes through and doesn't even greet you, I even said good morning and he mumbled the greet back. Asked him a question and he ignored me at 100%. Literally I helped him bring down my product (long baseboards) and he wasn’t even capable of helping me place them at a comfortable spot at the entrance, he dropped them down and said “Cant go any further, policies”. I understand policies but if you leave it at the entrance, at least help to leave it at a good spot at the entrance and not just wherever. If a manager reads this I think good feedback can be provided to Roberto Guzman and the young salesman that sold me the product. Word of mouth is important in marketing and by me having this experience I would definitely not even recommend this place to people due to lack of good...

This place is AWFUL. The store might have some ok products, but the customer service is so terrible that I would never shop here again even if it was half price (which its not). They required a payment in full for items that were promised in store the next day, it is now a week and 4 visits later and I do not have my merchandise. Furthermore, all of my attempts to speak to the general manager have been fruitless. He does not return calls, emails, or personal visits. I honestly feel he is hiding in the store when we come in in order to avoid dealing with the situation. Every employee tells their own story of where and why our merchadise is and none of them are the same. We have been lied to, hung up on, and disrespected; this is no way to treat your customers. THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME...
