There was a death in the family. We were not available for the delivery. We did not know the delivery was coming therefore we didn’t pick up for an unknown number or for the gate. We called them back immediately after they send us a text message within five minutes. My friend specifically asked for same-day delivery and I’m not sure if she paid for a same-day delivery. Susan Seagraves: For Mothers Day my son in law sent me a fruit bouquet and 1 dozen chocolate covered strawberries. Some of the fruit in the bouquet looked and felt slimy. Some of the chocolate covered strawberries had brown rot and light grey mold on them. These gifts should be fresh and delivered to me fresh.
