DO NOT PURCHASE FROM A+ Appliance! They are very rude! My family purchased a washer and dryer from them last week and as soon as we got it home it started leaking (when we did the first load) so mu family contacted abby and told her the washer was leaking she said we put to much clothes in there (like we dont know how to wash clothes) so we did a smaller load and guess what? Still leaking... so we told her yet again it was still leaking... she told us to just bring back up there and they'll fix it.. well they weren't actually gonna fix it they were gonna put FLEX SEAL on the seal are you serious?? A professional company that has a warranty would fix it not put a TEMPORARY FIX on it... so we decided not to take it up there cause I mean having to disconnect the washer and drive 45 mins back there and be without a washer for a few days just for them to put flex seal on it? I mean we could do that! So they posted a refrigerator and we decided to give them a benefit of the doubt (this is our fault should have not purchased from them again) so my brother went and got the refrigerator well we get the refrigerator home hooked and everything of course it isnt gonna be cold right away! Well later the next day we noticed the refrigerator isnt getting cold at all (we got a French door) but the freezer was ice cold so weird right.. well we gave it another day and it STILL WAS NOT COLD! by this time our milk and dairy products were bad so we had to throw food out that we just shopped for! So we contacted them yet again and told them the issue with the refrigerator and they said to bring up there (another 45 min drive) and they said they'd fix it (I'm sure they would have just fixed it temporarily like they were gonna do the washer/dryer) so they told us we would be with a refrigerator for a few days (can't exactly go without a refrigerator) so they offered a temp use refrigerator (KEEP IN MIND WE LIVE 45 MINS AWAY) they wanted us to bring the refrigerator back out there and pick up the temp and then bring it back out there when they got ours fixed and then pick ours back up and bring it back home... so we asked if we could just exchange for another French door they had (well that was a no) they would only exchange for something that WAS NOT a French door.. Doesnt make sense???? So we just asked for our money back I mean it's not worth all that driving etc when we could just get a brand new from aarons and make payments... well they would not give us our money back so we said we would contact BBB... well Abby threatened my brother and said I can't help you if the owner starts conflict with you (ARE YOU SERIOUS!!??) Threatening a customer???? So we will be filing a claim with BBB cause you do not threaten customers.. Obviously we should have learned our lesson with the washer/dryer but we didn't! I definitely do not reccomend this place to anyone! They are rude! And not professional! Beware of AbbyGail Newton and Michel Edward Gibson...

I was referred from a customer to check this place out for a pre-owned Appliance on 12-7-23 . I arrived there and I was greeted with Ashton with a friendly welcome . I told him what I was looking for but they didn't have and I asked if I could look around to see what else they have he told me your welcome to look around . While I was looking around Hannah came out with a friendly attitude and asked me "may I help you". I told her I was looking around to see what they could offer me. She said your welcome to look around. What I've noticed they've got I impressive operation. They don't just sell "Used" Appliance but they take them in and fixes them up then put them inside the 2 warehouse and sell them at a great!! price. They've got Some high-end pieces and some average Appliance for a budget minded person. I was so impressed that I brought my wife over on 12-8-23 and she was impressed and we ended up buying a washer and dryer from them they also supplied hoses to the washer and the dryer power cord no charged. They offer a 30 day guarantee to work and any longer than that if you have any issues you i can bring it back to them and they will fix it. I believe they can fix it. I WOULD DEFINITELY recommend this place. As you can see on the video they work great. I took my working washer & Dryer to them and gave me $ for them . They do have contractors to deliver but for a fee. I op to deliver myself. Awesome people. P.S. sorry for a long review. I'm a happy...

I needed a drop in stove really bad I mean bad. We are living in our house we bought in 1998 and the original stove (GE) finally broke. Not bad for 26 years. I was on Facebook marketplace and saw a stove just like ours and I could not believe the price. The store is closed on Mondays so Tuesday afternoon I went to A+ Appliance’s. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a young lady whom asked if she could help. I informed her what I was looking for and she lead right to the stove. We agreed on price a young man helped me load it and away I went. The following day my grandson came over and installed the stove. It works like new. It even looks new. Thanks A+ Appliance’s.
