Went into the store on the 13th looking for an entertainment console in a particular color and size. They didn't have anything in the store, but one of the ladies there showed me a picture on her phone of a piece they had just gotten in at their warehouse. It was close enough to what we were looking for that I called her back the next morning. After assuring me they still had it available, she told me I would need to pay a 30% deposit because "we only have one or two of these in stock". I paid the deposit and arranged to pick up the piece at the store on Saturday. Imagine my frustration when I get a call this morning to tell me they can't find the piece in their warehouse. They did, however, happen to have a completely different piece they would sell me for several hundred dollars more, also located in their warehouse. There was no true apology or effort to fix their mistake...just a "sorry girl" when I asked, "so you're telling me you don't have the piece I paid a deposit on and your asking me to pay more for something else"? To say I'm pissed off and disappointed is an understatement.... don't take money for something you don't even truly know you have in your inventory. Won't waste my time...

Found this adorable store after going to the Rustic Barn and having sticker shock. They had the exact same table and chairs we wanted, but for half the price!
