I just broke down at the light nearby and limped to the parking lot. I went inside and asked if they could please fill my jug with some water as my radiator was overheating. The person got snippy with me and told me to go do it at the bathroom sink. I had already tried that, the jug wouldn't fit in there and I told them so. I was then told to wait while the woman took her time taking the orders of several people.
I can understand wanting to serve customers but I could literally see the sink from where I stood. Putting the jug in the basin and turning on the faucet while they ring up a customer is not taxing. Now I wouldnt mind having waited until the people in front of me in line were served, but I was standing there for more than 20 minutes while they served everyone in the store without even acknowledging me. No one said "sir I know you've been waiting, we'll get right with you". Not even the most basic social niceties. I eventually gave up and went next door to checkers who happily let me fill up my jug from their hose.
I dont care one whit about the quality of their food. If they can't show basic human decency to someone who's car just broke down and is going to miss a doctor's appointment then I dont ever want...
Read more2xs now I have requested a dozen donuts, all glazed except for 2 NO glaze only chocolate. Every time they put the chocolate over the glaze on those 2 🤦🏻♀️ I always let it go because we live out of town and use drive-thru as we are heading back home and it's not worth getting back in line after pulling onto main road. This time, we went after my sons oral surgery Monday and that's the one thing he wanted in the mix of a stressful situation. I stated twice chocolate NO glaze. It looks as if they just quickly throw the chocolate on top of a glazed donut to hurry up. If there is confusion ask questions. (because we are all human. They also click speaker button in your ear repeatedly so I waited for a response before saying anything else thinking the speaker had issues.) Questions or communication should be done by employee rather than sitting in silence but each time no employee ever ask questions to clarify so I assume they understand after the 2nd time. They just hear order, sit in silence, I repeat my order a 2nd time for confirmation then employees quickly says total and pull forward.
Donuts are great, but listening skills, communication, and customer service skills could...
Read moreFirst, we walked in and were not greeted, and 5 employees saw us. One employee was loading a box of doughnuts for another customer and licked her fingers after loading the doughnuts then did not wash her hands. She finally addressed us and when I showed her my son’s report card, she cut me off, and very rudely said, “it has to be a paper copy. You don’t get anything with a picture.” I explained to her that it wasn’t a picture but the actual email from the school principal and our school, Houston Academy, only issued digital copies from 5th grade up. She extremely rudely said, “every school prints a report card. I can’t help you.” I did not argue with her further. First of all, she is wrong every school does not issue a printed report card. Secondly, she only hurt my child who earned all A’s at an extremely difficult school and does not generally eat sugar, therefore this would have been an actual treat that he earned. I will never give Krispy Kreme my business again. Unsanitary, unfriendly, unprofessional, and...
