My daughter had her birthday party there on February 4 from 2-5pm
When we arrived at 1:40, we went to the front desk and told them who we were. The sweet lady at the register told me to wait because a manager would be coming out to speak with me. I knew then that booking was probably a mistake. And that was the first red flag! We waited for about 10 mins for a manager to come over. I’m not sure her name but she explained that due some unfortunate things, some of the parties were overlapping. We had originally booked to be in the restaurant area but was told there was no room for us. Second red flag. She told me that we could be put outside on the patio (she said that’s what they preferred) or we could have a party room (terminal) I explained to her that my daughters grandparents would be coming and outside wouldn’t be an option. It was cold on Saturday. I also didn’t want the cigarette smoke from people standing outside smoking bothering us! So she said we could have a room. Great!!!
They got us set up in Terminal 1! I went in to place the table cloths I had purchased but the tables were already set. That was fine, I didn’t have time to take everything off and set it up again anyway. Tracy was our waitress. She was phenomenal! One of the only good things! She made sure we had drinks and kept telling us if we needed anything, please let her know. She asked what we wanted to do first and I told her I had no clue! Lol! The kids were anxious to start playing games so I said I guess games first! She said that was good because bowling was backed up as well. I told her that we didn’t have to bowl if we didn’t have to. She said we could get 2 hour play cards for the kids instead! That sounded great to me so I said yes! She went and got the game cards and when she brought them back told me that the 2 hours started from the time it was first scanned and they couldn’t be paused. She also told me the games they couldn’t play. I told her thank you and she left! I passed the cards out and the kids started playing. They were having fun! My daughter kept trying to play one of the grabber games. I told her she couldn’t and didn’t think anything else of it. Until one of the parents came to me (after the 2 hours were up) and said that the cards didn’t save any of the tokens won. Never in any of my contact with the party scheduler , the mangers on duty that day or with Tracy was I told that the tokens wouldn’t save on the unlimited play cards. There were some upset 7 & 8 year olds because I had told them otherwise. Some of our guests won huge jackpots! Only to receive nothing! Had I known this, I wouldn’t have scheduled the party there. I let Tracy know that I was upset. She said she understood and said that I could have booked a different party package. I also didn’t know there were different party packages. The website only listed the one!
It seemed to me that they had double booked parties for the same times. That bothered me the most. But seeing how upset the kids were, really did it for me! We spent $401. Way too much in my opinion! Especially since we were basically told “oh yeah I know you have a party scheduled but these parties are more important!”
My daughter did have fun but I could tell she was disappointed. I was asked by multiple parents if i recommended having a party there. My answer was...
Read moreWe tried this place for the first time on 03/08/25. We live in Florida and drove up to spend the day with our kids. Let me start by saying the customer service is absolutely perfect! I recently had back surgery and currently in a wheelchair until I can walk again in my own so immediately as soon as the hostess saw my husband helping me into my chair from inside she immediately opened the door to greet us to see how many so she could go ahead and get a table ready for me which was perfect. She even waited at the door to hold it open as he wheeled me in. She was awesome. Seated us at a good table that accommodated my chair and all! I was impressed! Next our server Willow was one of the sweetest servers we have ever seen in a restaurant. She took the time to explain things on the menu that we had questions about, she kept our drinks filled. Always checked in on us, brought us anything we needed, she was a perfect server. The good was good too. It came out fresh and hot and was good portions to The point we had to take some home which was fine because it made for a good later snack. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is the fact I bought the all you could play cards for an hour one for each of my kids paid $50 and coke to find out they could NOT play half the games because they didn’t take the card you had to buy credits, so to keep my kid from being disappointed I bought them credits $20 for 92 credits each and behold those didn’t last long considering most of the games took 8-10 credits to play. The games are a total not worth it, which was the only disappointment to it. Will we be back maybe because the service was great and the food was good but. It to play games because it isn’t worth the money for the games at all. But overall other than that we had a...
