Purchased a dryer on Wednesday. I was told it would be delivered from 9am-12pm on Thursday. I literally had called off from work that day to wait for my dryer. At 11:43, I called up there to make sure they were still coming. They told me that they lost my paperwork, so I went up there to see what was going on. Whenever I got there, I was told that they found the paperwork, and that the dryer would be there in 30 minutes. I called back about an hour later, because my house is literally down the street from them. I was then told that the dryer didn't work, and they would bring it tomorrow. What!?!?! I actually had to clear out my whole day, for a dryer that never arrived. I requested a refund. They said it would take about 12 hours to get my money back on my card. Well, it's now almost 24 hours later, and still no refund. I will definitely be paying them a visit today. Horrible customer service and poor communication skills. Read moreLast year after moving into our new home, I bought a washer and dryer from Mack's appliance. Within a couple of weeks or so the dryer stopped heating. It was still under the 30 day warranty for them to either repair or replace it. The owner said he would send another one. If I remember correctly they didn't show up a time or two when they were supposed to in order to deliver the replacement dryer. It was eventually delivered but was a very old rusty one, and not at all like the nicer one I had picked out when I bought them that had different settings on it and looked much better. The delivery guys told me I could replace it when they got another one ready. The one they delivered as the replacement soon started giving me trouble and I called to let them know. The owner was incredibly rude to me everyday that I spoke with him for the next 3 weeks while also continuously lying to me every single day telling me that they were coming the next day to bring me another one, but then would never show up. Read moreI purchased a washer/dryer combo a week ago that looked pretty good when we got it and we were told it had been tested and was in good condition. We paid for it, got it home, and after washing the first load, I put the clothes in and proceeded to push the button to dry the clothes and it doesn't work. We contacted Mack and was told he would send repair people out with the right part to fix it. They show up the next day and it turns out it's not the part they thought it was so, they leave and order the supposed part it needs and was told they would be back the next day. Here we are at the next day and now they are telling us the part is not in and they would be here tomorrow. We are getting the run around and being told anything that they think we want to hear.
