T.J. Maxx — Local services in Dothan

This store is a shopper's vacation. It's almost impossible to leave without purchasing something. The store is well stocked with a large variety of items in each section. I went to purchase a purse. Not a bad selection but many purses are wired to the display frame to prevent theft. It was discouraging not to get easier access to those wired with each other, just to be able to look the purse over was difficult if not impossible. I had to wait for assistance from the employee at the jewelery counter to assist. This store needs more employees to assist customers other than at the registers. Watch out for expiration dates on packaged food items. Front end cashiers are always pleasant. Always...

TJ Maxx is probably my favorite place on Earth to shop can you get name brand stuff for clearance prices basically you just have to be careful and check to make sure that one legs not longer than the other on a pair of pants or the shirts not sewn together crooked or that the whole on the boxers isn't in the back instead of the front LOL other than the defects and some other stuff and I believe they try to sort those out I may be wrong but other than that they're awesome and they have everything you could...

Went in today to get a few things. There were some items marked down and some not. I asked the cashier, who wasn't certain of the reason. So, she called a supervisor over. This lady was so rude. I have never been treated so horribly by a member of management. NO reason for it at all. I will NOT be back for anything until some changes and customer service training occur for this staff. Do not recommend anyone using this location unless you just like horrible...
