Eagle Eye Outfitters — Local services in Dothan

Great selection of clothing but staff not so great, i was greated by a girl whom right after she greeted me started to laugh in a way i didn’t like but i figured i was imagining, Then i was greeted by other young employees on the second floor , they were actually respectful and polite ! When i was ready to check out and waiting for the employee at the register, it happened to be the same girl who greeted me and laughed at me when i first came in …. My gut immediately made me feel she was going to do something else and she did …. She saw me standing with my merch right on top of the table to check out and she started to call someone else saying “ come over here i check you out “ like 3 times and this man saw me standing right there and he kinda refused because he saw me i was there first, one of the other employees told the man she would check him out and then this girl had no choice but to take me , i was like in shock , i have never ever experienced something like this not even when i went to italy where employees usually are racially profiling you … because yes i think that is what she was doing even a man at the entrance who was standing there told me when i was leaving that i should contact management because it was not okay for her to try to dismiss me like that.. anyways my review goes to the employee not the store… but management should be retraining their employees or at least that one in specific with fluffly dry...

I have patronized EEO for years. I always love the merchandise and atmosphere, but today I was just disappointed. I walked to the back to look at the shoes and there were 4, yes 4 employees in the immediate area I was shopping. They were conversating in pairs, and one pair was talking across the area with me essentially in between. Not one employee acknowledged my presence nor asked me if I needed anything. One of them actually looked me right in my eyes and said nothing.

I never post reviews. Ever. However, customer service is slipping across the board and sometimes you have to say something. I know this store is better than this. Most always the employees are awesome....but today. They weren't. I left with two pairs of earrings and no shoes. The sale was lost, but maybe this review will be used to make an improvement.

Now the girl upfront said "WELCOME IN" right when I came in the door. She also checked me out. She was lovely.

Edited to add: I just spoke with a young lady named Clara. What a kind and delightful person to have on staff. She called to apologize for the poor customer service that she saw for herself after reviewing store footage. I appreciated the call. I expected no less. I love this store and know they strive for excellence in all aspects of business.i have changed my 2 star to a 5 star! Taking ownership should always be celebrated and...

How should I say this to be most professional and of great interest to make sure people read. My fiancé and I were in search of a BrüMate cooler (Amethyst in color), that was no longer available. We searched website and calling and searching everyone that dealt with BrüMate products. We found Eagle Eye Outfitters in Dothan,AL with what we wanted. Well to our disappointment they didn't ship do to cost. We contacted them and left message. The next morning we received a call from Ms. Janet at Eagle Eye Outfitters. Well after a few minutes pleading our case, Janet left the call to contact management. After about an hour and a couple of calls Janet contacted us and we are now the happy owners of our new BrüMate cooler. They got our cooler shipped to us.
