Customer service desperately needs improvement. Dothan store do better! You walk in; they will look you right in the eye and won't greet you. You stand in front of the register ready to be helped they continue doing whatever it is that they are doing without so much as a word as if you're bothering them and as if I have nothing better to do with my day but stand in front of an unattended register and wait until they decide when I'm deemed worthy of their attention. I've seen some bad service but this beats all. This same treatment has been going on this entire. My next move is contacting corporate because they need to know what's going on. I will say finally after 10 minutes of me standing there an African American girl (I hate I didn't get her name so that I can make sure she’s not implicated in this u professionalism) handed me my cup for my drink that I ordered online and had received confirmation email that my order was ready and waiting on the pick-up shelf. Mind you this girl came from the back to hand me my cup while the ones in the front either walk around me or pretended that they couldn't see me in the open space. Just ridiculous! 1 star is too much...
Read moreI would give zero stars if I could. I placed a mobile order that my husband picked up for me. Once he got back home, I was missing half of my order. I called to let them know that my husband would be back, and they said they would have it ready. Keep in mind, traffic was crazy, it was freezing and raining, so it was not just an easy drive to get there again. Once at the window, my husband said the employees spoke very nasty to him and were extremely rude after he stated “my wife called to let you know I would be back and yall said you would have it ready” and the employee stated “well what do you want me to do about that?” Once he got to the window, he stated that there were 3 employees that seemed extremely mad with him. How can you be mad over your mistake and ripping someone off? Do your job. It’s not that difficult to put food in a bag and do it correctly. They’ve lost my business for good!!!!! And I eat Panera...
Read moreWent through the drive thru and my goodness what a disaster! I ordered 2 half sized salads and 2 drinks. The first bag i get was not mine so i handed it back, next i was handed a large sweet tea (also not mine) handed that back, then i was handed a small green tea (requested and paid for a large)... about 7 mins go by sitting at the window and the girl comes and asks me what my order was? That's odd considering you have several screens inside telling you what is being rang up. I was finally handed the correct salads only to look inside the bag and the lids for the salads were not on securely so the lettuce/toppings fell into the bag. I was so flustered i just went ahead and left and cleaned everything once i got back to work. It seems that your drive thru personnel needs...
