Boulevard Lanes — Local services in Dover

Normally I don't place a review unless I have a strong opinion on the place. My experience was poor. A lady there was cursing at us & going & getting our balls bc they got stuck in the gutter. Now keep in mind that this wasn't our fault. The lanes are crap & need repairs as well as the whole place in general. I particularly do not like the open bar. Much older men were flirting with us & yelling rasict slurs about African Americans, telling us that we were "acting" like them. I will not be coming back & I will be putting in a bad review to my friends. I will never recommend this...

First off, the woman at the counter was extremely rude with us throughout our time their for no reason. Secondly, after almost every turn the ball was getting stuck at the return and took like 10 minutes to correct itself. Lastly what made me the most mad was at the conclusion of our final game, the lane shuts down completely without returning my ball to me (it's my own custom ball) and the only thing that woman could say was, "that's weird, I don't know why it did that." Lady at front desk was very rude and impatient. Me and my group of friends got there at 10:15pm, they closed at 1am, we paid for 2 hours of bowling, at midnight, we still had 15 minutes left of bowling and she cut us off and said that we were done. We wanted to stay and bowl a little more, since they closed at 1am, but she kicked us out, because there was no one else there, she just wanted to leave instead of staying open till 1.
