Had issue with oxygen machine-called and call was professionally handled and tech was dispatched and arrived in short order. By the way-live with my sister the actual client-Gretchen Hartford of Uhrichsville.

The technician was named Daniel. He was extremely friendly and professional. He arrived with mask on and gloves-very considerate of our health.

Daniel looked over machine and said it wasn’t working at standard norm and he was going to replace it with good one. He did then got it properly calibrated and then took the mo time to go over cleaning of filter, etc.

Dasco gets a 5 star but honestly feel a 5 star for Daniels service, professionalism and demeanor is low. If your other staff are at his level, bravo to you.

Recieved call from Dasco to pickup oxygen machine on February 18th. After talking to lady I said I’d be home19th after 10:00, she said they call before coming. then had voice mail wanting me to set up appointment. This was after hours and automated system would not let me do anything. I called back at 9:15am on 19th and was told they would be here shortly. At 4:20 I called because no one showed up or called. Was told driver was not following his route and someone would call me within 20 minutes. It is now 6:00 and the machine is still sitting here after waiting all day for pickup. My experience with all DASCO staff except Dover Supervisor Kendra was efficient and compassionate. My spouse still does not have a rollator for mobility support because Kendra curtly and abruptly said NO to every question asked when I was seeking a solution. Kendra was not willing to look up the specs of the 2nd rollator they might send. She gave no reason just often abruptly repeated NO. I hope Dover DASCO looks at this as my experience was excellent except for Kendra. I would not recommend DASCO until they place an efficient compassionate supervisor to match all other staff I was...
